Rented a truck for advertised price of $29.95 and ended up being charged $190.00 for 14 miles.

I buy items for me personally and for my business on a regular basis, as well. Staff is always available, pleasant and helpful.

Wow, we haven't ever been to another store that had so many employees with great attitudes and willing to go above and beyond! Pete and Leo (?) Leonora? were incredibly helpful!

Had to go in to buy some floor stripper and wax and couldn't find exactly the location. A young woman assisted me and was super professional showing me where the product was and another gentleman employee asked me if I didn't assistance lifting it into the cart. This location goes above and beyond taking care of their patrons. I will definitely be back!

My daughter and I were looking for shelving units to replace when she had, she’s pregnant with her first child. Adrian from lumber, was spectacular with us! We stopped him in the middle of him stacking lumber, and he did not feel like we interrupted his job, he helped us find a solution to a problem we had,without us having to go to another store. He was kind, courteous and so sweet! Made our experience excellent!

I was in this store numerous times over the last week or so. What a huge difference from even a year ago. This hasbecome a GREAT place to shop. The employees are so helpful and friendly and seem to be really happy to be working here. It is a very upbeat experience. I recommend this store highly!

This store is close to home and convenient. Sometimes it's hit and miss because of the team members. But Ramon helped remedy my last trip with his expertise, patience and positivity. Keep Ramon and give the man a raise! :)

Difficult to find products, get help or service. I when through the Millwork department to have Depot send out a vendor to take measurements. They advised it will take 3 days for a call to schedule an appt. After 6 days, I called back the store and got put on hold at least 12 times. Each time, the call eventually dropped/hung up on me. After calling the national hotline, they called the store to find out my order was never processed out to a vendor due to short staffing.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. 1 Employee went above and beyond and took the time to walk from the back of the store to the front and tell the cashier that the items were from the discounted cart and to reduce the price. Checkout was quick and easy.

Cancel order due to inventory is not available, floor model only available that was locked and missing keys. Went to store been clearly lied about the condition of the floor model. Not locked and has keys in the cabinet.

I do like spending time at Home Depot, most all the time buying plants.

If you want a great experience buying plants and flowers, ask for James Robinson. He knows everything!

I found the bistro table of my dreams. The stock showed stock but I couldn't find it. The team members who helped me understood the mission and with smiles and the best attitudes got my table and sent me on my way in 10 mins. They were amazing!

A store worth visiting for your home needs and more.

The store was neat and clean. Everything i was shopping for was available and all the employees were friendly and helpful.

I have been going to this Home Depot for years, and the biggest things that stand out for me is that I am almost always greeted as I enter, and that the store staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help or point you in the direction of someone who can help you.

Mariam helped me at the check out station. She was so kind and nurturing. She even gave me a hug when I told her I was stressed out about fixing my dish washer. Home Depot had what I needed to get the job done and I was above and beyond impressed by the customer service.

After a home invasion next door to me I felt I needed to get new doors and storm doors. I’ve been assisted by JB who works in the door dept on Lincoln and McCormick. He was very knowledgeable,kind,patient and helped me choose what best fitted my needs including deadbolts and smart locks. Highly recommended.

I was pressed for time, I need drywall which was heavy and awkward to handle. A front end employee, Diane noticed and got me the help I need. She also reassured me me I was doing a great job with my home project. She was a big help and a joy.

This is my go-to store for materials and supplies. Competitors are close too but I prefer this store.
