The Leominster store has improved greatly over the years. It is a well keep clean store and the employees there are friendly and knowledgeable. The female cashier that assisted me was pleasant and funny. The gentleman that assisted my husband knew exactly what my husband wanted and helped him make a better informed shopping decision. In a world that is so fast and furious, its nice to have people that are friendly and kind.

This store always has plenty of helpful people that are actually willing to go out of their way to help you. If they cannot, they find someone who can! They have plenty of inventory and the aisles are clear and easy to make your way through the store.

Always get awesome customer service at this location throughout each department.

the store departments are marked clearly and this is helpful. On most occassions when I need help there has been an associate on the floor in the department where I need assistance. On one occassion on a recent visit I had to ask a cashier to help me and they called a department associate and the associate appeared in a very short time. On my last purchase I found teo different brands for the the same product and I was able to compare the two brands, their products and prices. I always like when I can compare different brands and prices for the same or similar items. This home depot usually provides differnt brands for the same item for me to compare. I like that.

Excellent - excellent - excellent

The store is OK except the the computer system/inventory and website needs lots of work, Several times the web site for this store indicated that an item(s) where stocked with multiple quantities yet the employees and I spent MANY minutes looking for them in both the local computers and roaming the store for misplaced items. Luckily the employees I dealt with finally suggested substitutes and those worked out OK.

Shopping in this store is easy, they almost always have what I’m looking for and they employees are all very helpfully and generally very knowledgeable about the department they’re working in

I found a sealed case of ethanol free fuel on the shelf that I wanted - easy enough. Checked out at the cashier - paying for 8 cans. When I opened the box at home, I only found 6 cans inside. Why was there a sealed case stocked on the shelf if it did not contain the proper amount of product? Guess I've learned to open the box and count its contents before leaving store.

I love Home Depot, unfortunately, this store has rude associates, the aisles are cluttered and you cant find the items you are looking for. It took us 40 min to find someone to ask only to be sent across the store to the wrong place. This is NOT how most THD stores are. Sad.

I went to this store to purchase a Ryobi battery charger/batteries, which was on sale for a great price, there was a large inventory of this item and also a large selection of bonus items that were free, the check out process was a breeze thanks to Summer

The store personnel are most helpful. They carry heavy purchases to your car. Because they are treated well, the other customers are pleasant. I go online to check if what I need is in the store, order it and pick it up within 2 hours. The range and variety of products is great and the store is very neat.

Good quality products with helpful, courteous employees

Overall the Leominister store is a good place to shop. Nothing bad to say about them. Friendly/helpful employees. However, I bought 25 bags of mulch and was told employees would get mulch and load truck. I drove the the loading area and two employees brought bags to truck and threw them in, so I stacked them. At one point they said I had the correct amount. Other customers were waiting for service so the wife & I drove away. When we got home we found that we were short a bag of mulch. This wouldn't be a big deal except I live 37 miles from the store. So lesson learned. Next time I'll get my own mulch and count them myself.

Not enough store associates in each department to help with information and questions. When an elderly person purchases a quantity of items that it becomes apparent that they will need help getting it into their car/truck, someone should be sent out to help them. After all, it's us baby boomers that they say have all the money!! No 71 year old should have to load 25 bags of bark mulch into the back of their vehicle.

It easy to deal with when Mattew Fields is workind

My overall experience with the store has been excellent but I would like to tell you that I bought windows and they were installed by Home Depot and they were not following proper procedure and now we have a problem I called and left a message hopefully someone will get back to me soon because those windows should’ve never been installed in my home and they never got inspected like they were supposed to by the building inspector and he is very upset as well. They put my family at risk I was feeling it was my fault for ordering these windows but it’s not. Now your insurance company or Home Depot will be forced to come and replace all the windows they are a fire hazard and don’t belong in bedrooms if they had done their job properly to begin with. you think this would be a simple solution just to replace them but it’s more than that no one can replace stress I lived under. I would’ve not had to live with the stress that I’ve lived with in the past six years worrying about a fire in my home. I trusted Home Depot. They let me down. There a big company expected them to know the laws I expected better. They never even picked up the building permit. This is been very stressful for me and I just finally decided to do something about it I can’t live with this and my PTSD from the military

Store was very neat & Clean. Associates were very helpful as well. I was assisted right away with the products that I was looking for.
