Staff were very accommodating

I had a horrible experience on the phone trying to get an attachment snow plow for my ride on mower and so I decided to take matters into my own hands and return it in person even though I didn't want to be spending my entire Saturday doing so. HOWEVER, as soon as I came in an explained my frustrations at having parts that are not made correctly and that don't fit despite my checking and rechecking, Stephanie was able to ease my mind and was able to quickly rectify the situation. She handled the hiccups with their refund system wonderfully and home Depot is lucky to have her. She's a great asset to this company. Do not lose her. The only reason I'll be coming back is because Stephanie made my experience better.

People here are very nice to work with. They go the extra mile to try and help.

Great team, very helpful and professional

I just wanted to let you know what amazing staff you have. On a busy holiday weekend we were in the store two days in a row and the one day we were there twice!! Every time we were there we encountered an employee that went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and me. April and Jeremy are the two that made our experience amazing and fun.

The cashier was pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The staff was smiling and the appearance was clean and neat.

I was having an issue with a key and I needed assistance. Luckily Jeremy W. help me with the problem. He was very patient and resolved my issue. I’m happy with this service.

I went in to Home Depot and made some purchases & was greeted by this cool sale rep. who's name I wish I could remember because of his will to make my shopping experience fun & easy. Not only did we talk about the items I bought, we also shared a love for our BIG rings that we were both wearing.

I am working on a DIY project installing a rose arbor. A worker, I believe his name was Jeremy (it was hard to read his name on his apron) was extremely helpful and helped me find all the materials I would need

The customer service that Ryan provides is great. He's always trying to help us out and always has a smile on his face. I try to go to his line whenever possible.

I had a great experience. All the store floor people were polite and asked if they could help.me find the things I was looking for

I was in Home Depot last night looking for a light fixture. They had one, not what I was looking for but it will work, I hope! Then I needed a longer pull chain, so I looked online since it took me a very long time to find where they were located. It showed the one I wanted online, in store, and said there were 18 in stock of one and 6 of the other I wanted. Went to the location and there were none in the slots. I asked this short frumpy kid if he could help me find the product and he said he couldn't help because it wasn't his department. I said well can you find me someone who can help me? He said, yeah I guess so. These people just don't want to help you. They are not very good at customer service! Then he did finally get someone to help and the same thing. They associate was miserable and didn't seem to want to help. I said online it says you have 18 in stock of one product and 6 in stock of the other which there were none. I said can you check the overheads to see if they are there? He didn't look happy when I asked that one! So, he did get the ladder and proceeded to look. He said we don't have any. I said can I speak to the manager maybe she has a better answer. He was super upset because I asked to speak to a manager but yet he called her. She was very nice and said to him, Did you check all the overheads in both aisles? He did not so she had him go up and check all overheads within the aisles. She said someone must have made a mistake with the inventory so yeah I didn't get what I wanted because their inventory was way off and your customer service associates suck and they seem miserable!. Then when going to the check out all they had were self check outs. I said to another associate are there any real check outs with actual cashiers? She said no. I said well is Home Depot going to pay me for doing your job or give me a discount? (making a joke) She said, "no", with no emotion, no laughter, no nothing! These kids in this world have no sense of humor and no work ethic! Hire better people and get your inventory corrected! I spent an hour and a half just looking for things that was stated online you had in store! I'll be shopping elsewhere and I will never go back to your store!

Jess the cashier was really great and explained the warranty procedure I never knew and I have bought a lot of tools with warrantys and never has anyone told me the process

Ben in the plumbing department was a great help, showing a simple way and the correct part to rebuild my leaky toilet valve. Thanks again Ben.

Staff is always friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable - and they work together. If I ask a question and they are unsure, they check with someone else. Corynne is an exceptional employee. I was very impressed.

I recent!y asked for help to keep squirrels and chipmunks from eating my bulbs that I planted for spring Josie suggested that I try using a deterrent in the form of sprinkles to put around where I had planted.Even though she had only worked at HD for 18 months she directed me to the area that it was in the store. I was quite impressed with her knowledge and friendliness and will look for her again if I have any questions

Denise at the Customer Service desk on Thursday, October 13, 2022 was a great help with my checkout and went above and beyond to assist me with my large purchase and a no-interest plan with the Home Depot credit card.

I want to extend my thanks to a bright energetic sales associate at the Leominster Home Depot. Amari waited on myself and another customer all while answering the phone. She didn't skip a beat and within moments I had my receipt for the return and my ordered item in my hands and was on my way. This girl is a true asset to this store. Hope they appreciate her.
