Really great store. The Associates are very friendly and helpful. The shelves are always well stocked and neatly presented. For such a huge store it is kept pretty clean too. THE place to shop for the DIY-ers and everyone else.

Excellent friendly enthusiastic service when I returned a broken tool for an exchange. Home Depot has extended return time due to Covid19 Pandemic issues and my request was taken care of immediately in-house. The team of associates at the return center and the tool department gave me top notch service. It was a little complicated but they made it simple and handled it without delay. GREAT service!

I finally found the brand of a product I couldn't find anywhere else. Clean and tidy store. Employee's all wearing protective masks. Friendly and approachable. Aaron was helpful with directing me to the right section of the store that I needed. All around good experience. Cashier's friendly and curtious.

The employees are not friendly and avoid eye contact so you don't ask for help. If you ask anyway they refer you to the website.

I work in a service based industry where my employer constantly emphasizes the customer experience. This has given me an appreciation for good customer service when I encounter it , and I'm afraid little patience when I encounter poor customer service. Your staff at the Leominster Home Depot definitely fell into the former category. Conor in particular went above and beyond to help me. I've tended towards Lowes for the past decade or so. I'm not sure why. But based on my experience yesterday I will definitely be switching to Home Depot!

Give credit to management, the store is well staffed and a relief for consumers.

I have shopped here for a lot of home improvement products and fencing needs over the past 25 years and have always found what I needed until I wanted black fencing needs. For some reason Home Depot does not carry fencing products in black. We added on to our home in 2007/2008 and got everything we needed here... windows, doors, flooring and our contractor also got all construction items here as well...Thank you Home Depot for being here for us...

At the time of my visit there were no manned registers. I was forced to self check. If a company wants my business they should provide a cashier to cash me out.

If you are ever in need of help in either the Tools or Hardware section of the store ask for Dan! Dan is the Man! Very knowledgeable, helpful and just a pleasant person to talk to.

The store employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the items and where to find them. A lot of happy faces on the employees makes the shopping experience more pleasant. They are always ready to help, direct you to an area you can find a product or even walk you directly to the product. They will stop doing what they are doing, stocking shelves, moving "stuff", in order to help a customer first. The store has the items I need each time I go in. Even during this crazy Christmas holiday rush the store was still clean and easy to navigate the aisles. Great store to have.

Store is good to shop. The ONLY problem I had was no CASHIER'S only 1 on duty with a line. Seems to me people don't like using the self check outs.
