The associate helping me with my flooring quote was lovely. I wish I could remember her name. Additionally, the gentleman who came out to measure for the blueprint was also a great guy. Otherwise, the entire process since has been horrible. All of our flooring was in stock, besides one piece. They ordered it from the vendor and told me and the company they were using for the installation it would be at the store for delivery to my home no later than April 26. We planned our flooring installation around this date. April 26 came and went without word from the Home Depot team. I called two days after it was supposed to be in stock to see if it came in and schedule delivery to make sure I could keep my installation date. The team had no idea what was going on. They had to call the vendor the next day to get an update. Two different people, Mike and Tiffany, said they would call me the next day with an update. They did not. So I called again... no one understood what I was referring to. So I finally spoke with John, a manager. He said the piece would be in stock on Friday, my installation date, and that the rest of my flooring materials were scheduled for delivery the following day between 6-8 am. Perfect. I needed to leave no later than 8:15 am, so this worked well for me. And hopefully the final piece needed would be delivered on time on Friday, during my installation. Delivery day comes. I am waiting for a call from the delivery team letting me know they are on their way. No surprise to me at this point, 6-8 am comes and goes. I have to leave. I call the Home Depot. They don’t know where their delivery person is. And they can’t fathom why no one called me from the delivery team yet. While I’m on the phone, I am notified by my Ring doorbell that there is someone at the house. It is 8:45 am, and it’s the delivery person. My husband speaks to him through the camera, and I turn around to meet the late delivery. The delivery person was very annoyed that I wasn’t there to greet him and he had to wait. Cool........ We still need the final piece for our installation this Friday. I assume I’ll have to call 5-6 more times to get an update on that, as well. Never again. Never, ever again.

Was in the store today looking for a variety of items. The store was clean and neat and the employees were friendly and provided great assistance with finding all that I was looking for. Will definitely be back.

Love this store and it's staff! Always willing to help you out on site or by phone. Returns are easy and the store is well stocked. My go to home improvement store!

This was a great visit to Home Depot. We planned to also go to another store, but found everything we needed here.

I always find the most helpful employees at this store - from the managers to the floor people to the cashiers. Everyone friendly & helpful. I’m 84 years old & have a husband with Alzheimers & I spend a lot of time in this store because they can usually solve my problems & help me with so much, and with a smile. Don’t know what I’d do without them.

Probably the best Home Depot I've ever been too - so glad this is now my hometown store! All the associates were so incredibly helpful and pleasant and happy to be there.

I am a regular customer at HD. The store is always clean and neat, easy to find items, and the staff are very helpful to select the correct item, and provide info as needed.

Home Depot - Leesburg is my #1 goto store for home/business projects. The store always has what I need. And, all the employees are friendly and helpful.

I especially like the remodel of the customer service/order pickup area.

Horribly understaffed and poor customer service.Always difficult to find staff if you have questions. Very poor and understaffed process in Customer Service and for checking out which results in long delays. Worst customer service of any Home Depot I’ve been to-Management of store is clearly prioritizing cost cutting over customer service and customer satisfaction.

Although it is often hard to find assistance on the floor (understaffed), the customer service and cashier personnel appear to know the merchandise and merchandise locations quite well. They have always had just what i wanted (once I locate it). Timothy, cashier, was very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is the best Home Depot store in the entire northern Virginia by far. Great store, lots of product selections and the best of all the all the employees are so nice and helpful. I really enjoy shopping at this store. Thank you to all the Home Depot Leesburg employees

Christine at the customer service desk goes out of her way to make your shopping experience a great one! She does what ever it takes to get the job done. You can’t go wrong by speaking with her about any problem you might be having and she goes to work resolving the problem ASAP! You leave the store happy that you have met her and knowing that she really cared about your shopping experience. I always ask for her when I call the store as well. Very knowledgeable employee!

Family friendly store where you will be greeted with a smile and always asked if you need anything. Return policy is hassle free to receipts are emailed to you to save a tree. They even welcome your furry friends too. I am very happy with my Home Depot.

The store was clean, well staffed, and the different departments of home repair were well marked and easy to find. I was buying a new lawn mower and had researched what I wanted online. I was able to drive to the store, locate the mower, and be in and out with my new mower in under 10 minutes. To make the self checkout process easier the friendly attendant scanned my item with a remote scanner for me so I didn't have to try and lift the mower up to the scanner. That was a big help. Another great experience at Home Depot.
