Super clean store that makes sure that even though we need to stay socially distant there is help available if you need it. I've never found this store lacking in anything I've needed to get the job done, large or small. The employees are always very helpful and friendly so managers must be doing something right.

Purchased my first fake Christmas tree after 45 years of real ones. That being hard enough, store was out of my choices (Dec. 3). However great employees found out I could get $50 off a demo without box. Then Brenda was extremely helpful in showing me online nylon tree bags on wheels. She also had an employee dismantle the tree and load it in my car. And she personally checked me out. Thank you, Brenda and everyone else who showed me trees and made this experience easier.

I had a complicated return and threw a number of monkey wrenches into it but Leon, the manager, Khadija, the cashier and Jim the millworker were outstanding helping me problem solve and ultimately complete my return. I am really appreciative that despite the busy Black Friday sales and the busy curbside pickup, they stayed with me and helped me until we were able to complete the return.

Home Depot is a great store, I wish it was open 24 hours a day.

Went to the store to purchase approximately $1500 worth of lumber for a home project. The process was easy and the gentleman in the lumber department was extremely helpful as were the cashier and customer service.

Associate Sholeh makes this store looks great!

Albert in Electrical appears to be the only floor associate, outside of the flooring staff, that seems to be available and willing to help during my visits.

My go-to store for home improvement. I do a lot of home improvement projects, and this is my store of choice for getting anything I need. This store's employees are always helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable about the inventory at the store. It's also clear that they care a great deal about customer safety during COVID. Other home improvement stores in the area don't seem to take precautions to improve safety (beyone just asking that people wear masks.) This store has taken more significant steps to ensure they number of people in the store is reduced, requires a mask (and I've seen it enforced too, which is great.), and even has panels up to reduce exposure of/to employees at checkout.

When I ask for help to find an item at Home Depot, the employee will walk me to the aisle and literally show me where the item is located. They are always helpful so I don't waste time trying to locate items. The store is huge and if you are not familiar with the store, it can be overwhelming.

Easy to get in and out. things were well stocked. Employees were very helpful.

This store consistently has amazing customer service - on more than one occasion I've been surprised at what associates are willing to do to help customers. Everyone is always positive and cheerful, even with the stores being packed to the gills lately! Even my Dad visiting from Florida commented on how this is the best Home Depot he's ever been to - and that guy has been to a LOT of Home Depots!!

My husband and I have been shopping at The Home Depot for 25+ years. We were just at the Leesburg location yesterday and were assisted by John (full left sleeve tattoo, no last name) in purchasing our patio furniture. He also recommended a different grill (that we also purchased) after giving us some info about the pros/cons of buying this specific grill. We could not be happier with the service provided. He checked the stock on our items right away, called for assistance in getting our items to the register promptly, and even helped load everything into our vehicle. I would seek this employee out again the next time I am there... all their employees should be trained so thoroughly! Happy customer. :)

I was not allowed to use my military discount because the item was on sale. I am sorry, but these days, every penny counts. Especially if your income is reduced.

The store is run by teenagers who haven’t been trained well on customer service. I bought an already assembled grill that when I went to put on the grates later at home noticed it was missing several parts. I was told I should have noticed this at the store when I bought it. I also asked if they could get me parts for it and they just shrugged. Why would someone sell a put together item with missing parts? You wouldn’t buy a new car with missing parts would you? I called but never got through to at this location. I called the Ranson WV store and they answered me right away and had the parts for the grill ready when I showed up.

This store is setup to help with Covid, the Lumber loading is currently setup for customer pickup. If you are reading this go ahead and order online to pickup, you will not be dissapointed. There is strictly 1 door for in and 1 door for out. The interior of the store is also set up well for covid there is a clear line for the paint counter as well as other features, but the less people the safer it is for everyone so goodluck!

The associates in this store are always ready and willing to help, and are friendly in doing so. They routinely go out of their way to help the customers in their store and it doesn't matter if they are the home DIYer or a professional contractor. The store is always clean and well-stocked. It's my favorite toy store!

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff at this store. I special ordered a new entry door and had great and patient help by the department associates. I buy all my seasonal plants and garden supplies at Home Depot.
