Home Depot has an excellent selection at the garden center. You can find great deals and beautiful flowers and trees. Always the best customer service ever! Everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially Christine!

We had another excellent experience today (4-AUG-19) while ordering our custom cabinets for a home and master bedroom coffee bar projects. Our sales associate was again fabulous to work with as she helped us design and configure our projects. Her attention to detail was greatly appreciated and the fact that she came in on her day off to complete the order and allow to obtain the sale price before its expiration, speaks volumes to her professionalism and to the stores’ customer-friendly atmosphere. We shop at Home Depot they have what we need at reasonable prices but it’s really because of people like our sales associate that make it a great experience.

This home depot seams to have some very good employee that are knowledgeable compared to other store.

We received excellent service while we were in the store. The product we wanted was not in stock. The store employee was very helpful and ordered the product for delivery. Delivery never came, even though Home Depot confirmed the delivery three times, at one point notifying us the delivery was "10 minutes away". After no delivery, we called the driver and he informed us the product was damaged and never put on his truck. No phone call from Home Depot to reschedule or let us know. I took the day off work to wait on the "four hour delivery window". I tried calling the customer service # and was on hold for 25 minutes, finally hung up, no one ever came on the line. The Leesburg Home depot staff is always helpful, BUT if I order something, and pay for something, I expect to receive it or get a phone call if there is an issue. Extremely poor customer service.

always helpful employees to find what you need

we recently ordered new kitchen cabinets and appliances for our home from this Home Depot. Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had an appointment to finalize our cabinet order, but she actually called to have us come in earlier in order to get a better discount. She saved us thousands of dollars. She did a great job overall. I would highly recommend her to anyone remodeling their kitchen. She knows her stuff and we really enjoyed working with her. We went back a week later to order our appliances from her and got the same wonderful, knowledgeable service. She was on time and actually stayed late one day to complete our order.

Policies regarding appliance delivery services can be explained during purchase when it comes to compare with a competitor.

The large appliance department was staffed by some really knowledgeable people. The store was clean and friendly. We even went on a Saturday which can be harrowing, but it wasn't. Home Depot had several staff helping others, not only us. Absolutely support the Home Depot, they are the best.

Jon in the tools department helped me find the right tool to use and how to use it to solve the issue I came in with ( a clogged vacuum hose). He was patient and kind and educated me so that I can accomplish "more doing" on my own in the future.

This is a GREAT store with great associates. They have a great store with great products. I enjoy my shopping experiences with this store. Having just moved to the area, I am spending all kinds of time at the store as we do things with our new home. The staff will get to know me well.
