purchased a refrigerator 9/18/20 had been in the store three times looking, each time I was greeted by a young lady name Cynthia she was very helpful and friendly each time she made my buying experience very easy and she was very personable easy to talk too. all the associates I came in contact with through out my visit were very nice and helpful.

This is hands down, one of the best locations in DFW. Always clean, not "too" busy, helpful employees, quick in and out on my way into Dallas.

THE HOME DEPOT STORE IS RIGHT OFF I - 35 . WHERE YOU CAN GET WHAT YOU NEED AND CHECK OUT WITH THE FRIENDLY HOME DEPOT ASSOCIATES .

Store was clean, all employees were so helpful weather it was in the light section, kitchen cabinets, or tools. They were very patient with me and my grandmother. Would definitely recommend this store.

I found the product easily. Both associates said they were busy and not very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean.

Associate at the self-checkout is offensive. I can only guess that he is profiling as he has seemed to take a particular interest in scrutinizing my transactions -- this has happened to me for the third time by the same employee. Each time I do not see him stopping/questioning anyone else, scanning anyone else's receipt -- in fact, he is not even in a position to do so. He is usually in the back of the registers chatting and then comes UP to the front register to question me. Does not offer any assistance, rather accuses me of not scanning all of my items. If he wants to check receipts HD has every right to do that -- this could/should be done in a less offensive, accusatory, and seemingly discriminatory manner.
