Taylor in Appliances was soooooo nice and helpful..I will be using her again when I purchase my dishwasher..Hats off to you Taylor...

Nice mix of bushes and flowers available during spring break week. Not enough staff on hand to assist with loading heavy bushes into shopping cart or to my car . The store was clean and flowers were nicely laid out with informational labels.

We were not greeted at the door the employees were rude not helpful at all the rental place lied to us on the phone lied to us on the internet and I'm sorry the definition for a deposit means you get the deposit back look it up. I do deposits with my store too. Your cashier's acted like we were second class citizens and we were interrupting their time with each other five of them standing around at one register together talking and shooting crap it was BSbut maybe if we're Black or Mexican we probably would have had help because that's all I was seeing was the black and the Mexicans were being helped fast as all get out and very friendly like but I barely saw anybody helping any white people that were there extremely rude. At the store I work at not a home Depot I don't care what color what gender or anything I will help anybody that comes in my doors

Bruce in lawn and gardening is just wonderful. The paint section employees are great also. Very knowledgeable.

The Manager Stephanie Was Great, the Cashier Olivia Was Very Knowledgeable and Helpful. The Store Was Well Stocked and The aisles were neat and clean.

Excellent customer service

I was in on 2/1/21 I purchased multiple items and place two items on will call for pickup on 2/2. I purchased a Toilet and Vanity due to bathroom renovation. My contractor went to pick up my purchased and was told that the vanity was not in stock. When I purchased the items everything was in stock. If it’s on will call then they are supposed to pull my items that paid for. I went to the store ask for a manager and a lady by the name of Ms Butler came and was extremely rude didn’t ask what the issue was just said what the order number I gave it to her and her response was well what is it that you want. I explained and her response was well we refunded your card and that the order is closed. As I’m in the store I’m looking at the same item they said was out of stock. This was an inconvenience for myself and contractor and no one cared. I will drive 50 miles away before I ever go back to the Lancaster,TX ghetto store.

The associate Ms Cynthia was very helpful in appliances. She helped us with the purchase of our refrigerator.

Great customer service!

Really great selection and the prices can't be beat. I needed a new combination oven/microwave but the selection at the big box stores was limited and wildly expensive. It's a fun shop to look through but don't expect a fancy showroom. This ain't that. But the appliances are very nice and new. I don't think you can get any better. The delivery was fast, even though I had to have my cabinet enlarged by about a fourth of an inch. All in all I am happy with my purchase.

I bought a home after I relocated to area after I retired. I got to know a lot of employees during my home improvement projects. The employees are friendly, professional and will freely give advice. The location is very convenient, especially important because In the beginning I had to make several trips a day. I love Home Depot.

Home Depot was off my list of stores to shop! I had to go to the Lancaster store (only store with the item I needed). Even through this busy season, this store provide wonderful customer service! Yes, I will drive past two stores to get to this one JUST BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC!

Felt welcome when I entered the store, parking lot was clean, Door greeter was very knowledgeable about the whole store products and location- Thank you Mr. Don, associates was very pleasant and helpful, I like this location they are all 5 star as if I was in Paris.... Store was clean and safe and my 2 products was the best.

The store is close by and do not have to drive far.

Never cannot find what I need from this home Depot when I check online and they say that they have it they always have it in stock that is a plus in my book awesome I never have a problem when I bring my service dog in I never get question and most of the employees know me

Yes, I would recommend the Lancaster Home Depot. I like shopping in my community because it saves me time. The store is always clean and the employees assist me quickly and they make small talk while walking you to what you are needing to pick up. The employees are always professional. The training is working Home Depot. Keep up the good work.

I especially like the cleanliness of the store and that all the shelves are well stocked. I really appreciated Andrea at checkout for her friendly and professional assistance.
