I bought this today morning

This store is awesome!

This is an excellent store to shop. I had not shopped with Home Depot in years because of bad service In Baton Rouge.LA. I enjoyed my shopping experience at this store in Lancaster,Tx. Will be back near Christmas time.

Had a wonderful experience this morning at the Home Depot in Lancaster. Employees were so friendly and helpful. Fully stocked store, lots of help, and clean restrooms!!!

Employees not knowledgeable or helpful. Most are rude including Manager. Your on your own

The customer service at this location offered by sales cashier Sanai was outstanding. I will definitely seek her out in the future. She know how to take care of veterans and setting up their discount profile. Thank you Sanai.

The incident happened at the paint counter this afternoon, October 12, 2022 around 1pm Central Time. When I went to the paint counter, I walked up and the lady worker (white woman with long dark hair) was filling another order for a male customer. I walked up and stood behind the man. The worker glanced my way but did not say anything. She continued the man's order, then she walked in front of me, turned her head and said something to the man and then she just stood in front of me. She did not say anything, so I handed her my paint container and asked for 2 samples of that item. She started working my order. I then said to her, "let me get my sample container back when you're finished." She said, "ok." A few moments later she turned and slammed the old container on the desk but on her side. In order for me to get the container I would have needed to lean over the counter to her side, so I didn't. I just quietly waited. A few minutes later she then came up to the desk/table and started shuffling other items around on the desk that were near my container. I then said to her, "can I please go ahead and get the container?" She said, "yea sure," and then slid the container just a couple of inches in front of her. I reached over and picked up the container. A few minutes later, she finished my order and then pushed my order a couple of inches in front of her and I again reached over to get them. I said nothing and walked off. As I turned the side of the section, she said really loud, "you're welcome" with an attitude. I said to her, "oh there is not a thank you for bad service." She then told the customer that I was rude as I walked off. I find it interesting that an employee who did NOT greet the customer, nor did she at any point say I will be with you in one moment, etc., expected me to tell her thank you after I was treated as someone who was less than for no apparent reason, then had the audacity to call me rude. Your security cameras can definitely confirm the interaction or lack thereof on her part. I did call the store in an attempt to reach a manager to share my complaint with but was on hold for quite some time. I have many other more important tasks to complete.

Mrs Cynthia helped me and my mom out the first time she was on point about everything she was an excellent example of what u call great customer service I want to thank Home Depot for employees like Mrs Cynthia

OK... FOR THE AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS THAT BE IN THIS STORE... THEY GET THE PROS IN AND OUT AS FAST AS THEY CAN...

The refrigerator will be enjoyed!

Found just the right size storage container and Bibi was great to find a hidden top for it!

Nicholus was very attentive and made sure my questions was answered

Several employees went out of their way to help me but, an employee at the desk for the paint area kept trying to send me to the electrical isle when I asked for "Spackle".

Although the store itself could improve on cleanliness and stocking their items off the floors, Ms. Cynthia was so sweet and gracious. It seems they have limited workers. I went to this store several times over a week, shopping for an appliance and comparing. The same stuff was in boxes and in the same spots. It is hard to maneuver around. But the bright light was Ms. Cynthia gave me all the attention needed. I appreciated her so much. My deliver is not in yet, so I can not speak to that. But if it is an awful l experience, I will come back and add to this lol.

Sales associates and cashiers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful which lends itself to a terrific shopping experience for customers.

But I am taking the time to write one right now because the attention was very great. So although this is very difficult for me. Since she took the timeTo help me out. I am taking the time to write this review.

The staff in garden center specially Adrian are the best…

First started shopping at this store when I moves to and started remodeling my older home here in Lancaster in 2004, I have not regretted one purchase or any of my many many trips and yes I did have a few returns with no problem.

I'm happy I chose this location because the shopping experience there is amazing I'm also in love with my purchase!!

I always do all shopping at home depot from construction materials light bulbs

Was trying to purchase online but decided to go into the store. I'm glad I did. Service and advice was great. I will be back for additional purchases.
