On 11/29/19 for Black Friday There was alot of people there but as I was near the tool sale section by customer service I tried to exit the area but a woman named Sally was coming down the aisle pushing a computer there were other customers coming down in the opposite direction she kept yelling at the customers telling them she needed to get by but there was no where the customers to go she sat there for a few minutes and then shoved her cart in my direction almost hitting me she is very nasty and a violent woman. Please retrain Sally on customer service

I just went into return a few items and I mention to the cashier that the returns would be on two different credit cards. She proceeded to scan the second item and she tells me well it’s past 90 days I said no it’s on my other credit card she tells me to calm down. On top of that she made me wait five minutes why I was the only one in the returns line and they had six other associates in the returns area. Also she decided to answer the phone when she was almost done with my transaction and had me wait another few minutes just to give me my receipt.

Four people "merchandising' in plumbing and no one to help. Do you know how frustrating it is for a customer to see someone who has on the HD uniform and they say, "I don't work here, find someone in the next isle." Yes, that happened four times on the same day in plumbing. I've got an amazing idea, focus on customer service when the store is open! Merchandise and stock when the store is closed!

Absolutely the worst customer service! Go to any location except this one!

This location has to be the worst Home Depot I have ever been to in my entire life! I visited this location to make a return of 7 items. After the return I realized that the cashier processed the transaction way to fast. After looking at the receipt I noticed that only 4 out of 7 items had been refunded, When I returned to the cashier "Kelly" she insisted on telling that I was wrong and the items were not on the receipt. After several minutes of going back and forth finally and manager comes over with not much better customer service "Jennifer". Kelly tells Jennifer in front of me that I was wrong and that she didn't do anything wrong. (I guess she forgot she refunded me 4 of 7 items). I explained everything to the manager from beginning to end and handed her back the money and asked her to process the refund from the beginning. The cashier storms off from the register like she was right and I was wrong only for the manager to then say all of the items were on the receipt. The manager never apologized for the employees behavior or for my experience, for me being embarrassed in front of all the customers that were in line, for being belittled, NOTHING! All she did was hand me my refund. Oh wait it gets better... After all of this you would think we would have left the store but no we continue to shop for the items we needed. That same employee who still thought she was right found my husband and I on the isle shopping and say to me laughing "haha I was RIGHT!!" My mind was blown, I could not believe that this was happening. Was I really being bullied and taunted by an EMPLOYEE?? Yes I was, I took down the time and the isle number to report it as I know how unbelievable it sounded. Needless to say I called and spoke with the assistant store manager as the store manager is on vacation, and I truly hope this matter gets address because in all my years in customer service I have never witnessed something so disgusting and definitely not at a Home Depot.

This store does not cater to pro customers, they put coffee out for the benefit of Pro customers and it’s always gone due to the homeless and lowlifes that drink at all. The isles are so filled with merchandise you can’t even get a lumber cart down. inadequate staff In the mornings at the Pro Desk. The only employee that seems to care I s Glenn in the lot, he is always willing to help load vehicles, find merchandise and do whatever to make a customer happy.

Great customer service! I needed 12 boards and rented a van to get them home. One helpful employee got the wood down for me and loaded it onto a cart. A Security guard asked if I needed help loading the wood into the van. Then he and another employee loaded it all for me. Renting the van was quick and easy, too. That cost $20 and saved me paying $79 for delivery. Thank you!

I always been satisfied with my trips to Home Depot for whatever I have needed. The store personnel have always been very helpful.

The Lakeworth store is swiftly losing knowledgeable employees without hiring and adequately paying replacement personnel. Diversity is fine but experience and training would be better served. Your motto should be "Cell phones are not part of your uniform"

Lake Worth HD is always our favorite store, not only because of convenience, but because we always find what we need. The times we need assistace we always find a knowledgeable and helpful associate. The cashiers are always courteous and friendly.

There is no competition close by. The nearest hardware store is too far away. So this Home Depot store in Lake Worth was busy. I was able to find what I needed, but it was the last or next to last item of everything. I was shopping on a Thursday and they were packed. I can just imagine Saturday being a zoo. There were helpful employees everywhere, but all busy with customers. It was a joy to finally get a turn and get my stuff. This store hires folks who know their stuff. I’m glad they had what I needed. But if anyone else needed the same... they were out. I got the last one. That’s not good. So, for a busy store, they should have more stock of everything. Don’t run low or run out. We are depending on you.

Cluttered isles with restock items. Should create a night shift for restocking and cleaning. What's with the floor cleaning equipment running during hours of operation?

When I go to this store, I explain my "vision", whether garden or my present project on my patio. Painted the concrete patio floor today! Love the color! The employees can feel your enthusiasm, and jump on in with ideas on products, which makes me happier. I like to shop where people are helpful, and enjoy what they do!
