There are no confusions where stuff is located, everything kept up to date and nicely stored. Employees are helpful and very nice!!

Employees don't want to help if you keep asking are told to go away

Plumbing associate was very informative and friendly, but cashier was abrupt.

I met Lally who assisted me in finding all the items I needed. She was incredible! She was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, caring, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She needs to be the store manager and train the other employees what it means to have exceptional customer service skills. Other employees were rude, unhappy, and ignored me the entire time. I’m so grateful I met Lally! She is now my new go to person.

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Will no longer return to this location.

This store needs more staff and they need to train the staff they have. It might as well a self help store .

This Garden Center is beautifully kept and Mr. Ivory is friendly and knowledgeable. Loaded 120 pounds of sand into my car.

When I went to return some items and pay for new purchases, the computer/register crashed on the customer service cashier (Brittany - sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly). I waited for about a half hour for the system to come back up. Nicole, another Home Depot employee (possibly a manager) came over to assist and it was back up and running in short time. They were both incredibly patient and efficient with the challenges they were presented with. Kudos! Outstanding customer service!

This Home Depot in Lake Worth, FL was a great experience.

This location has prompt and knowledgeable service. I come regularly for various projects and leave with new confidence for my DIYs. Welcomed warmly, it seems no one is too busy to help direct you and answer all of your questions. Definitely coming back to this location regardless of distance. Very impressed and satisfied with the variety of tools and prices all in one spot. Jimmy and Grace helped me on this trip and am grateful they did.

I shop regularly at this location and have noticed that the parking lot area is looking more and more trashy. The return cart areas are filled with trash and other debris. The lot does not appear to be regularly patrolled to put the larger carts in their proper place instead of blocking parking spots.

Everyone was great to me and assisted me as I needed, everything was easy and quick and all the associates were very polite.

Cashier Yosy was welcoming, efficient, friendly and thankful

This is the closest location for me but I refuse to go there because their service is always horrible so I drive the extra miles to go to a different Home Depot or I get great service I love Home depot but this is a location I avoid and if you say anything negative or ask questions at the cashier they will ensure that although you want an email receipt you won’t get one which really upsets me because they push the button to ensure I do not get an email receipt

A "Milwaukee" employee literally showed me exactly what I needed and saved me valuable time.

I have shopped here since 1985. That's 36 years of satisfaction. The individuals have changed over the years but the store's Karma prevails. The employees stop to answer questions, find an expert if it is not their area. and introduce the customer. Physical assistance is provided if needed.

Great experience all around.

We needed to get a GFCI Receptacle Tester and were clueless on how it worked, or even what to look for. Tim came over to help us. He explained how these devices worked and helped us to decide which model was the right one for us. Then he taught us how to use it. Tim was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We thanked him and he told us how much he loves working for Home Depot. We cannot say enough about Tim. He is a true asset to your company. Give this man a raise!
