I bought a Milwaukee M18-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Combo Kit 4-Tool with Two 2.0 Ah Batteries, Charger and Tool Bag and I love it. It charges really quickly and it's durable. That is one of a few purchases that I've made this year that I'm obsessed with. My husband loves them too.

Check online for an item… Said it was in store… Went to the store and there was random stuff piled where the mixing cups should be… They had the lids and the computer showed that they were in stock but I could not get anybody to help me locate them… One employee responded I just work here… Another employee looked on the computers verified that it was in stock but said it was the Matt teams job to put things away and he did not have time to search for them .. The gentleman in the paint desk who ran the department told me that he did not have time for my concerns and I should go upfront to see a manager... went to the service counter and ask for a manager twice 10 minutes apart and no manager was located… along with horrible inventory management your customer service is trash... two people in the aisle, one person behind the paint desk the manager who didn't show even after being paged twice the returns woman who paged the manager who would not continue paging after patient twice and the cashier were all informed of my hardship… Not a single person try to solve the problem… Absolutely not a single employee in that store cares about anything but their paycheck… This is absolutely no good for stockholders who should know the state of their investment…

I HAVE ALLWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THIS HOME DEPOT LOCATION, GOOD ATMOSPHERE, GOOD SERVICE AND GOOD PRICES.

Winning , Excellent customer service, most helpful i in every department I entered..I purchased paint and color and was directed to better paint color wall and these gentleman are fantastic and I have shopped here for years. Products always in stock and customer service is why I keep coming back. Thank you for an outstanding shopping center Employees Rock in this store.

I'm telling you, when you've got superb and QUALITY SKILLFUL assistance from the likes of Top Notch Caliber tradesmen at your beckoning call like these folks: Tim B and Andy in Electrical; Marsey, The Queen of The HD Plumbing Dept., and Jorge, also in Plumbing; then, there's Maria Maude, whose big smile just takes the load right off of your shoulders, and she moves that Customer Ready-to-checkout lane with the finesse and precision of a NY or Jersey traffic cop; then, there's Kayla, too, ready to take on whatever you've got, and her awesomer eager beaver attitude just makes it great. I'm a Handyman and just LUV it whenever my shopping experience is a total SUCCESS, and I walk out with NOT JUST WHAT I'D NEEDED.... Undoubtedly, the numerous emblems she wears on her apron show that for many years she has performed in a remarkable way and that she is proud of her work. I am sure that Sarnia has always been and will be a great example of what it means to offer customer service with the sincere desire to help the customer and feel proud of her work. I always go to the home depot store maybe 3 times a week or more

Own brand of AC Filters that are very price Friendly.

They keep replacing name brand products with their cheap HDX brand and other in-house brands. The name brand stuff was already getting worse due to price squeezing by HD and now HD doesn't even sell anything of good quality and they won't even fix their own Ridgid tools anymore.

I was at the facility today and Susan the cashier did great job
