There is always something new, or hard to find items that can be located at the Home Depot. Large selections, customer service is top of the line. Sometimes too crowded, but the worst thing is that they, like all major chains, are trying to get you to pay with a card, and weining out cash sales. This makes me angry.

Unhelpful and disinterested staff could not or would not help me find an item that the Home Depot website said that had 11 of In Stock at this store. They told me I should walk through the entire store checking aisle by aisle or else I shouldn't have come to the store and I'd be better off if I just ordered it online.

Home Depot lost half of my online order that I had shipped to the store The people at the customer service desk blamed it on the vendor but as it turned out the vendor had signatures for the delivery...............everything was delivered to the store and SOMEHOW with MY NAME ON THE BOXES these morons lost half of it. I called the store customer service was put on hold on and off for ten minutes before.................you guessed it they hung up on me and didn't call back. Called the manager who didn't seem concerned that her employee hung up on me and couldn't find it either. If you like dealing with store employees and a manager who do not care about your satisfaction then this is the store for you!!!!!!

This Home Depot is the best out of all. I’ve been to different Home Depot’s in the area of west palm and out of all of them, I would have to say most polite people ever. Assistance when needed and a smile. Clean store and everywhere you turn theirs an employee. Great place and keep up the great work and continue doing above and beyond. Much love.

I had exceptional attention from the Lot Associate, David. Three times David went out of his way to assist me as a disabled individual. This type of assistance is RARE these days! (And on the same visit.) The store itself is clean, orderly & well stocked. Check out was so quick, it took me 3 minutes and though it was self check out, a Cashier did assist me even w/o my asking.. I had a mostly pleasant morning today, a lot to do w/attention received from Home Depot 0205. Barbara

Too many inexperienced employees. The specialty boxes for washers, knobs,...etc. were totally empty. No one to ask around.

a few years ago, at a high school reunion, i heard someone ask another about his job - - he works at this store - - his excitement about working at this job was awesome - - if i knew his name, i'd give it, but alas, i do not - - but i know his customers receive excellent service because of his enthusiasm, and i got excellent service from the guy helping me - - the one doing the hiring there is good for your company

Mary and Barnett who work in the Flooring and Kitchen Dept. were very helpful. Both of them took the time to research and order my products as well as setup up the times for installation. Their customer service was outstanding.

customer service use to be great I'm not sure if they have a new store manager who don't care because its showing in the associate because they don't care because they leader don't care please do better with customer service because the other store are better then that ..0205 not a good store at all Im in home depots alot and its crazy because 0205 is the worst in customer care.

Supplies are increasing and shelves are getting stocked. If you need assistance look for Ted in plumbing.

This store did not enforce mask-wearing (due to COVID-19). When I saw people without masks and told an associate/manager, their response was that they do not police people, although there were signs posted saying that masks are now required in public places. We argued a bit, and I lost (maybe). This is my only complaint. Normally, I like this store.

This store is the only Home Depot we shop in. It is convenient to our home and we know alot of the employees by just going into the store for so many years. They have always been very helpful.

Wont shop here again... I havent been there in days, and received an email that i had just made a purchase. I viewed the receipt and there wasnt anything on it that i had previously purchased. I called and called, and they wouldnt take my call. They put me on hold before i could say one word, and kept me on hold until the call disconnected. ive tried 4 times and the same thing... i dont trust the security of their system after this.

The associates at the paint department were very helpful, in general the store was very clean and organized.
