The Lake Mary store has a very friendly group of people working there.

No attempts to encourage mask use, social distancing, or improved cleanliness. Store is too small, and insists on overcrowding the aisles with merchandise so that people couldn't avoid each other even if they wanted to. Obstructed aisles are also a safety hazard.

Overall a good store with good people working here. Unfortunately too much of their merchandise is made in China. I would like to see more merchandise that is made in the US or even other countries besides China

I am a frequent shopper to Home Depot. We are presently doing a large project. I am not a contractor or electrician so I need a great deal of specialized advice regarding parts, installation, etc. The employees at Home Depot are ALWAYS very knowledgeable in their specialized areas and able to respond to my questions and needs and offer advice. If there is ever a problem, just bring it to their attention and they will ALWAYS resolved it graciously without any difficulty. The corporate culture of Home Depot is ALWAYS Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE with prices to match.

Wife and I wanted to let you know "Ben" in your kitchen design department helped us out for the second time in the past few years with a design for our bathroom(in this case) and as always was patient, very helpful, great with ideas and overall very courteous and professional while setting up times and meeting with us. Another store with no checkout lines except self checkout. And two employees standing there to make sure you use it. I don’t want to have to be responsible for making sure my purchases are scanned correctly as I frequently buy bulk products without individual tags. This shouldn’t be my responsibility or requirement to make a purchase.
