It s very difficult to find experienced help in any department anymore. This store has really changed since this covid mess began. I had to seek out 3 associates in the plumbing area to resolve an issue. Very frustrating!

Everyone is always very helpful when asking for help. The store is also neat and easy to find things. Check out has been made extremely easy with self check outs.

Nice clean and always has all I need People n there are very helpful specially Myriam the cashier a very nice and helpful lady

The Lake Mary store has been a home improvement destination for my wife and I for many years. We live in Lake County but this is our "HOME" store. A friendly knowledgeable associate has always assisted us. From outdoor garden to appliances to paint to hardware and lumber, the sales associates and cashiers have been great. Well done Home Depot.

The store is very clean, well organized and well managed. I actually really enjoy shopping and walking around the store at this location and getting new ideas to FINALLY learn and begin new home projects after retiring 36 years as a law enforcement officer. I constantly visit this location only and comfortably shop and just look at items I can get at the present time or at a later time. GREAT STORE !

I truly appreciate Home Depot Lake Mary & the employees that work here. Very clean, knowledgeable & friendly employees.

The employees especially Al and Nora is why we come in to Homedepot.It is nice when people listen to what you are looking for and they help with a smile on their face.It is a clean store and well stocked with everything you might need to keep the home running. 5 Stars I would recommend to any homeowner looking to complete a Home project.

Great location and great selection oh high quality products for the low prices.

Extremely helpful customer service, and the website is very helpful for looking up aisle and bay numbers to find items you need. The store was impeccably clean as well, and the mandatory masks (for customers and associates alike) made the trip much safer in the time of the pandemic.

The fellow in appliances spent a lot of time helping me and explaining the various units. He really knew his stuff and helped me get one from stock. Super service.

I faced a demeaning and humiliating experience today. I have shopped here for years but today was the worst experience. Normally, you would expect an associate to help you and if they cannot help then at least not demean you. Imagine an associate answering your question about where to find a product with this question "Do you know this is the paint department?". This associate was deliberately trying to humiliate me by not answering my question and instead trying to make me look like a fool. Inspite of me asking my question again, he never did answer my question and actually pretended that he could not hear me. However, I am sure with this kind of an attitude, this associate will make sure that people will no longer be shopping at Home Depot. I hope Home Depot takes action on this associate.

Everybody knows that Home Depot is "the" store to go if you are working on a project or at home... This store is great ! They remember my face, even with a mask on, always greeting me and helping out... Love it, always there !
