I tried to take your survey, but it would not let me finish it. I went through whole survey and got down to place that o do my name, email etc . I had filled in everything, but it tells me that I need a valid Emil to continue. Also it it tells me that I need to check the box if I don’t want to enter the sweepstakes. I do want to enter the sweepstakes, but it will not let me finish the survey. No wonder no one ever wins. Lynn A Cox

I was frustrated with the Casselberry store & staff, so I went to the Lake Mary Home Depot. I wasn't in there 3 minutes & Bonita helped me immediately. It was awesome. I surely hope my Whirlpool Dryer is as perfect as Bonita's assistance was.

From the time we walked in the door with the greeting of Lani, to Herb helping us shop for my 6yr old nephew, to the time we paid with Rick you could not have had a better experience. Lani, Herb, and Rick exemplify Best-In-Class Customer Service and all could learn from them. Home Depot should standardize with the three of them did today across the organization!!! Thank you Lani, Herb, and Rick!!!

My daughter needed an unusual hose for under her sink in her house. I went to plumbing, but no one was available and this woman working in another department helped me and then another gentleman from another department completed everything I needed. So knowledgeable..

Excellent customer service…crushed my expectations!! An issue with a product less than 2 months old became much more complicated than an exchange. Kathren and her team never allowed it to be a hassle by continuing to insist they help and applying multiple resources to make it happen. The exchange happened, my military discount got straightened out, and I jumped on the rewards program. I left happier than when I entered…a rare occasion.

Everyone at the Lake Mary, FL Home Depot that I encountered was smiling and greeting me throughout the store. I felt welcomed by the store staff. This was a pleasant change from other home improvement stores.

I buy plants, plant food, pavers/gardening blocks, mushroom compost & off-brand manure/soil for gardening. Their customer service is stellar, prices are fair, and I've had pretty good luck with plant longevity. Awesome selection in ALL categories.

I bought grass their today and the cashier, and other employees were rude and not willing to help load the grass.

Bought a replacement dishwasher - $884. The store associate was very helpful and professional and arranged delivery and installation. The delivery service was unprofessional and not equipped for a simple replacement installation. Complete nightmare.

EVERYONE was very helpful. Stephanie was OUTSTANDING and went out of her way to assist me, patiently helping me find the best products to meet my needs. Stephanie Also helped me connect and get assistance in other departments. Stephanie Is an EXCELLENT employee in many ways! Also, Steve at the front, as in my past visits, remembered me and is always friendly. Check out with Annette was easy and she was helpful in several ways.

We bought a refrigerator from Home Depot last week for my 77 year old mother. The sales associate Al was out of this world. I would buy from him every time from now on. However, Home Depot's delivery company has blow all future sales for me. The shut off for the water line was under the sink 5 feet way from the fridge and they refused to unhook the water line, remove the old fridge and were going to leave the fridge in my 77 year old mothers living room. What would an old lady have done with this? Thankfully I was there and I disconnected the water line in less than a minute. The store manager was very interested in my delivery issue but because this is not part of Home depot I don't think things will change. The staff of the store is great, so as long as there is no delivery I would shop here.

Stopped in to the store to pick up one item and unfortunately, the item was incorrectly labeled. The cashiers, Ali and Sajjad, and other store associates were very friendly and helpful in mitigating the issue and provided excellent customer service. Overall, very pleased with my experience in the store.
