I use this store a lot, their service is bad along with not being Friendly, not helpful at all! Visit the the Orange Tx. Store, that is a awesome store, everyone is great and helpful! Get rid of the Lake Charles store Manager

I purchased EZ made aluminum screen extrusions, great product with great quality. The store does not have the size of 10 ft which I needed but the staff helped me to place the order without any shipping chagres.

I purchased flooring items in this store and Mr. Jeremy Robbins, Flooring Specialist is the person you most definitely want to see. He is the man who can help you with your flooring, shower, etc. needs. He is very knowledgeable and does not pressure anyone in their purchase. We need more people like him. He is a true asset to anyone that comes in contact with him.

I went to this Home Depot for paint, after having issues at other stores in our surrounding area. I was pleasantly surprised.

Employee yelled at me because I went into a wrong area, if she would have waited to see I was turning around and basically accused me of trying to steal something. When asked another employee for the manager he told me to find them myself. When the so called manager got to me he spoke to me worse then the first employee. No customer service. Worse experience I have ever had.

Store was in disarray and employees not very helpful. Sat in flooring waiting on help for 30 minutes while 2 employees totally ignored us. Wish I would have purchased flooring elsewhere.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff ! Store is well stocked .

I would like to give a big shout out to this location for being a special place that cares about their customer. I have been working in Retail for over 30 years and I understand how important knowledgeable service is important when you are spending your money. They made it easy to find the product I needed as well great assistance when finding the right product for my job. This location was full and neat and the team is friendly. The past hurricanes, Ice storm, and flooding in Lake Charles has impacted everyone and Home Depot associates are very friendly and willing to help you to tackle your project.

They don’t give military discount!!!

The store is so unorganized, not stocked. Need better manager and support you good associates and hire and train more associates! Get rid of the individual’s hanging out in the parking lots around the store trying to hustle people. Get back to customer service. Place is dirty, could not find products, shelves empty oaf what you need! Service was poor!

Some of the friendliest people in the business. I've been doing business there for about 20 years as a contractor and your not just a customer, they know you by your name. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. A+++++

The store is very busy with contractors still building from Hurricane Laura and the ice storm. Parking is a challenge. Employees are busy but still friendly and helpful. The prices are as good as you'll find anywhere. I like the coupons and promotions that HD puts on, it helps a lot. Thanks

Pricing at this location were way incorrect and the manager Harrold did not offer to make adjustment even after going to the shelf to view the price discrepancies.

Inefficient customer service in store and on phone. Takes forever to return an item Many people working the customer service desk but none seem to know how to locate items that have been ordered and reported to be at the store.

better quicker checkout process then competitor

Hard to load lumber and get around in the parking lot due to all the hurricane construction going on. Store employees are doing a great job handling the increase of traffic.

Busy store after the hurricanes, be patient.

I'd like to thank all the hard work that this store does. After 2 hurricanes blew through Lake Charles, I found the help and products that I needed to rebuild. Im not a dyi kind of person, and even in a very busy time, I was helped to find the tools that I needed for the job. Esp. Thanks to Trevelle.

Employees at this Home Depot are basically friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to customers.

Great help from everyone

Employees are too busy on their cell phones to help. No one greeted us and the only people that were friendly was 2 employees. One girl up front that was already helping another customer... maybe Regan? And a tall guy with glasses in the electrical area. We passed so many employees and no one said a word. We had to stop a man in building materials and ask for help with Simpson strong ties. He couldnt find it and said this bay is always a mess. My daughter found it because he walked off on a phone call after barely looking. Ridiculous store. Needs new management apparently.

Great home supply store!

I always find the items i want . Sometimes i ask for help , sometimes i don't . But i always get friendly knowledge help when i need it. Their is so much material to sell because of 2 hurricanes . there is material lined up in the aisles but causes no problems.

The customer service representative who checked me out was very knowledgeable , friendly and great employee qualities that are hard to find in an employee. His name is Jeremy Robbins.
