On 09/16/2023 I went to the Lake Charles Store to return some building material The first person I encounter was Ms, Deajsia. She was very attentive to my need and ensured she understood what I wanted to do. She was very pleasant and completed my return. I wanted to ensure Home Depot was aware of the outstanding customer service Ms. Deajsia provided. If she was placed on a 10 point scale, I would have to give a score of 11. Ms.Deajsia keep doing what you do for your customers.

Personnel turnaround(service) is fantastic.Products and prices are competitive.

I was greeted by an employee upon entering. I needed 2 of the same item & only one was on the shelf. I asked employee Debra if there was another. She got a ladder and there were none. She checked the system again & said one should have arrived that day so she went to look and came back waving it in her arms and we were both praising God for the blessing! The cashier, Tammy was very nice & scanned my items at self-checking. She asked if I wanted to get $25 off my purchase by applying for a Home Depot credit card & I said sure. Applying was quick; thankful for $25 off purchase. Tammy was very nice & helpful. Home Depot in Lake Charles, LA has great customer service!

Great customer service and availability of staff!

We purchased a dish washer and Kyler Scott was our salesperson. He treated us like gold and gave us the best customer service. The whole store was super friendly and helpful.

LaKeiaha and Della were so awesome. Both assisted me find everything I needed and went above and beyond any other experience I have ever had.

I haven't been in a store that was this productive in a long time. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left someone was there to help us in every department. And the thing that impressed me most was NO ONE was playing on their phones. By the way special shout our to Charmaine - my favorite helper of the day - my husband loves his new workbench/toolbench

Great experience buying dishwasher with Terry from this store . Was very patient with my numerous questions and he explained what the process was and what I needed to purchase with the new dishwasher! Will definitely go here from now on for appliance purchases

After buying and installing window treatments for my bedroom and master bath, I knew how professional and well trained Home Depot employees are. I didn’t hesitate to return for new flooring. They are fast and first rate.

Cashier Oksana and supr Alisha were extremely rude to me and almost refused to let me use my military discount at the register. Never been treated so badly as a veteran at the Lake Charles store.

The lady at the self checkout counter and the guy at the electrical stuff help us find what we need and he stopped what he was doing and let us get in to get what we are looking for.

Was able to place order for the exact item I wanted/recommended by Consumer Report. Only downside is they didn't have it in stock and I would have to wait a week for delivery - but that is a FAR cry better than the months long wait times (from other stores) I have had cited to me in the last couple of years for similar items

Bought walking pavers; so happy I did; they look good in my backyard.

The lady at the return place was so helpful and even put out wet floor signs when water up and down the hall, she took care of it and helped me by looking up the product I had received but didn’t work for what I needed

I drove from Beaumont, TX to this Home Depot in Lake Charles, LA because they were the only store around that I was able to find 60A double pole Cutler Hammer breakers in stock. I walked to the self-checkout with four breakers in hand in plain sight, the self-checkout "attendant" hot on my trail. She stood over my right shoulder as I scanned the products and placed in the bag and then out of no where started to holler at me. "You have four in there!" Well yes ma'am, that's correct. "Well you only scanned three, go back, go back!" Confused and baffled by this lady I take a step back from the self-checkout register while she starts tapping a button on the screen that brings us back to the items I scanned instead of me completing my purchase at the time. Sure enough, quantity scanned is four, exactly as I mentioned. Being accused of theft and lying is not something I take lightly whatsoever. This was by far and away the most humiliating and embarrassing shopping experience I have ever had. Definitely will not be back.

I shopped TWO days in a row in an effort to purchase a garden tool. All of the tools are locked up, which is perfectly fine, but there is no way for. team member to know that you need something unlocked unless you hunt someone down. Even on the second day that someone called overhead for the person to meet me in that isle, no one came. After waiting, I finally pulled on the gate hard enough to shimmy the trimmer though the opening I made. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don't want to sell garden tools, them take them out of the store.

Correct information was not provided to us on prior purchase. Took over an hour to get help in store today and information needed to share with permit office was still not provided. I will not be shopping there again.

THE LAKE CHARLES HOME DEPOT STORE #0363 WILL PROVIDE A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME.

I use this store a lot, their service is bad along with not being Friendly, not helpful at all! Visit the the Orange Tx. Store, that is a awesome store, everyone is great and helpful! Get rid of the Lake Charles store Manager
