I’m a contractor and am in and out of this store everyday. I can almost always find what I need. If I can’t find it someone will help me order it.

This location had items I have been searching for at the other Home Depot in Lafayette, and Broussard and was unable to find them even though they were listed on the website. Store was clean, employees were very helpful and approached me as soon as I walked in the door to offer their assistance. Although this location is a little farther for me to drive to I will be shopping at this store exclusively in the future.

I love the Ambassador store. Every time I go I am treated as if I'm family by every employee I met. They will admit when they are unsure and call someone who knows. I really love the honesty of the employees instead of just trying to sell you something they are unsure about and how they work together to make sure you have what you need for that project. Thank you to every employee at the Ambassador store for all of your hard work(it hasn't gone unnoticed by me). I love this store so much that I haven't gone to any other location so I can't vouch for other locations but this one. Even if another location had what I needed I didn't go. I either waited or ordered it online. Thank you for all of the help and being patient and not getting annoyed with answering the 50 questions I have had when I was torn about decisions.

I was able to find all of the products I needed very easily. I was able to find someone at the paint area (I forgot her name) and she was very helpful and new exactly how to help me get the correct paint! My self checkout was a breeze thanks to Ms Cindy! Whom I should also mention helped me checkout over $300 worth of stuff (over full basket) very quickly while still managing to assist other customers!
