Great shopping experience as always. Walked in, told the attendant what I was looking for, was told the correct aisle and found it right away. Took it to self checkout, paid for it and was out the store in less than 5 minutes. Very convenient.

Do not bother ordering custom doors at this store. After six weeks of waiting and delaying all my other projects, I found out my doors were delivered to a completely different state and all 16 were damaged.

I visit this location at least Once a week. The Store is ABSOLUTELY Stocked, Clean and Customer Service is Superb!! Lucas ... The Cashier Is Such A Pleasure To Deal With! LOVE MY HOME DEPOT

Aisles were not clear ( pallet of hoses) in front of the rack I need to get to. Watch your receipts, if you return an item there is a Max Refund Value. I return a cushion to get a different color same style/sticker price and the credit was less than the new cushion I purchased.

The cashier Lakesha and the young college student that helped me load my lumber went above and beyond to help me, with smiles on their faces!

If anyone ever says anything negative about 5he pro department, they are absolute liars. The pro department with Cindy and Russell and all the others is the best by far of any I've experienced. Thank you!!

The store has many products. It is well loaded with products. The store is neat and clean. There are many workers in the store and they are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help you.

Ms Janice in customer service is a one in a million employee. I frequent the Lafayette location and have learned to look for her to get efficient and friendly help!

I shop 0360 out of convenience and necessity. Over the past five years the experience has been the same regardless of who the managers or store manager is at any given time - a sense of apathy throughout the whole store and an unfriendly atmosphere. Some associates are friendly and helpful but more often than not the rest seem apathetic and unwilling to greet customers with a smile or make eye contact. This is a common problem throughout the Home Depot network of stores that stems from a lack of appreciation and recognition from assistant managers and store managers. Home Depot's management structure is based on making bosses, not leaders. Bosses give orders and put themselves above employees. Leaders have a sense of caring and empathy and use positive reinforcement to build confidence with their employees that directly impacts the way those employees treat their customers. Sad.

Great customer service was demonstrated by ALL associates far and above the call of duty.

Clean, convenient, quick service, good pricing, and good service by employees.

Jonathan was a great help; as he didn’t Point me in the direction -of what he thought I said I needed- but he walked me over and put hands on the item. He explained the pros & cons of each possible selection. And yet when a better item came to mind, Jonathan carried me to that isle; where I Indeed purchased that item.

I have in the past used Home Depot as well as other home improvement stores in the Lafayette area. My last visit to the Lafayette store was unpleasant due to the fact that the associate checking me out informed me that my VA identification is not sufficient for me to receive a veterans discount. With that being considered I will be shopping at one of Home Depot's competitors that does still honor my veteran's discount.
