This is my store. I generally find everything I am looking for easily or with help from employees. On this trip our cashier Priscilla was extraordinarily nice, friendly, quick and helpful! Thank you Priscilla!

I would definitely recommend this store to others because it is well-stocked with quality, affordable items to fix up your home with. It is very clean and organized. Safety is prioritized with plenty of hand sanitizer around and staff with masks on. Staff are very easy to find, helpful, and courteous.

Store is always clean and customer-friendly. If I can’t find something I look on the app, but usually a helpful employee directs me before I get it typed in. I love coming here and getting what I need. We have renovated our house extensively, all through Home Depot. Thanks so much for being a one-stop-shop for garden, lumber, from foundation to roof place!

Shopping this holiday season can often times be difficult despite the cheerfulness it brings. This year our family decided to purchase a Christmas seasonal item that was quickly being sold out everywhere. One associate, Carrie, was extremely helpful and friendly during this process of exchanging a damaged product for the last display item. While waiting for the exchange, she also took the time to help me with another product and going so far as to open the box (despite the grumblings of her floor supervisor) for me to ensure that there were no missing pieces as what had happened in the previous product. She attended me through the whole process of this exchange and other additional item with a smile and happy heart. She ensured a happy customer during this crazy time of tracking down products without missing pieces. I recommend anyone to ask for Carrie, should you need any help while shopping at this particular location.

STORE WAS CLEAN INCLUDING RESTROOMS (WHICH I USED)/ HAD NO TROUBLE FINDING MOST ITEMS; HOWEVER I COULD NOT FIND THE 3PKSURGEPROTECT AS ADVERTISED IN SUNDAY PAPER CIRCULAR/ I ASKED FOR A CIRCULAR /ALL OUT OF CIRCULARS (3 DAYS SINCE CIRCULARS PRINTED) FOUND GENTLEMAN NAMED STEVE DEVILLIER AND HE TOOK TIME TO FIND THIS ITEM/ ALSO HOLLAND(NO LAST NAME AVAILABLE) "SPOTTED" FOR STEVE ON FORK LIFT (VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SAFE) THANKS STEVE AND HOLLAND FOR FINDING ITEM I WANTED

No eagerness to serve, even when a service in the paint department was inoperable! I got a 'oh well' and 'I don't care' attitude

In my area where I live - I am less than a mile from Lowe’s and Home Depot. For years I have attempted to give business to both stores. However over the past two years I have stopped going to your competitor. I rather shop this particular Home Depot. The store has a friendly, lively atmosphere. I find great deals and I love the prices on their flowers. One exceptional employee (Jared - Outdoor plants) has always been kind and ready to help with my purchases. Great smile and sense of humor. He also helped my husband recently purchase a generator $799 for the hurricane. Jared helped him lift this very heavy piece of equipment and I don’t think he was in that Department. Also Laughton? In Flooring helped me patiently purchase $4,000 of laminate flooring. Great employees!!!!! Thanks!

I bought a HUGE vine from the landscape department and it was hot and no one was happy to be in the heat. This guy (Sederick Bobb) wrapped the huge pot with plastic so the dirt wouldn't spill all over in my car AND he figured out how to get it in the car without messing up the plant. Even if he would have broken off a few branches of the vine -I would have still been as appreciative. It is very hard to find good people, and you found one in this nice young man. Sorry but I would not give the Home Depot on the North side of town the same review. I find in the past their employees are usually not as helpful, sorry...

The store aisles were congested with unshelved merchandise in the garden center. The employees were not helpful. Products were very unorganized on the shelves...just shoved randomly. Very difficult to get assistance to retrieve a product that needed a forklift. Asked for a manager to meet us in the garden center, but the manager never came. Very disappointed in this store and what it has become.

Horrible customer service until you get short with them. Double charged my card. Over charged for mulch. Did not even follow the guidelines for curb side pick up. The in person customer service was also less than friendly. Overall a horrible experience.

Great clean store, conveniently located, well stocked, friendly and knowledgeable associates! I installed the Home Depot app. on my smart phone to make shopping even faster and easier - finds items, locations, quantities and prices at your fingertips!

Most workers are nice. However this is my second day in this store and the same cashier she is so rude and decided to tell me i must not have money i told her i have plenty and it has to be the machine she said obviously not bc the man before me checked out and if i have money why am i paying half cash on my 900 dollar purchase. bc i choose to. Thats why she was on register 10 when i told her never mind ill go to another register she was so rude i wanted to talk to someone right there but i let it go . I went to the other register and the lady there Laura was totally opposite thanks to her i had a ok experience. Still upset but bc she was so nice i thanked her and went on about my business. I believe someone needs to look into this.

Tiffany the associate and the managers Whitney James and Brenda went above and beyond to save me money and make things convenient for me. Tiffany took her time to research the problem with Brenda and give options. Whitney and James made it happen. I really appreciate their interest and concern. Wish I could always get service like this. It’s far from usual anywhere!
