Had a wonderful time at Home Depot Tuesday shopping in the Garden department. The flowers were beautiful, healthy looking and plentiful. Their garden vegetables were nice and sturdy, ready to be planted. I bought tomato, bell pepper, yellow squash and parsley plants. I will go back next week to buy flowers which were very colorful and strong looking. They keep their plants nice and watered.

Samuel And Coby went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Truly made my day.

Kristen, at our customer service desk went above and beyond with the help that we needed. She made sure she knew our phone number and email to get back to us as soon as possible. She made a special call to the delivery person to make sure our item was going to be delivered at the correct time and th correct date.

I ran into the deaf employee again as the nearest one to ask for help. I don’t sign (my bad) and he lets me know he is deaf. Next time I’ll have my question ready on my phone.

Employees here are friendly and eager to help!

The sour employee at the paint counter did not reseal the gallon lid after mixing. Gallon was at a slight angle in car, poured about a quart of latex paint into my interior. Store manager and Lead employee did a fantastic job responding with cleanup & mitigation, replacement of paint soaked items, getting the claim adjustment started, and not saying anything stupid that would make me even more irate than I already was. 4/5 stars... 6/5 for the spill response, -3/5 for the sour paint counter employee who caused this mess.

I've been doing renovations on my home and with that I have found my self in the paint department just about every week. It's been great to walk in and have Tiff there to help every time. She is so knowledgeable on supplies and super quick at getting paint mixed up.

I’ve been trying to renovate my home for several years! The guys at Home Depot have helped me make real progress when process had stalled. Home Depot vets and guarantees satisfaction with their contractors. I wish I had started there.

I lost my wallet while shopping and over the next three hours I was met with the most compassion and care by their employee Art until my wallet was finally recovered and given to me. This will be the only hardware store I shop at from now on.

A very professional an attentive young man named Tyler assisted me at the self checkout. He gave me a discount for the coupon I had for the product I was purchasing after he and I could not get it to scan properly. I appreciated his friendliness, easy smile and his professionalism. Thanks, Tyler for making my experience at The Home Depot a pleasant one.

employee had time to follow me to the self checkout from gardening area and have a the self checkout person ask to check my trashcan i just bought for items not paid AFTER I CHECK ED OUT AND WAS LEAVING but never once asked me if i need help while i was in the garden area

Purchased a dishwasher and then so happy with the salesman and products we went back a few days later for a refrigerator. Excellent selection and experience! Very happy!

I called around looking for 17 AFCI BREAKERS and no other store and Lafayette had everything I needed in one place plus the prices were competitive. Everyone was extremely helpful when I was there and I can say that has been improvement.

Aaliyah was the associate who helped us with a microwave purchase. She was very helpful, nice and had a beautiful smile. You could tell she enjoyed her job. We need more people like Aaliyah in this world.

I was confused about which dishwasher to buy. I was stressed entering the store. I was happy when I came out of the store and thanks to home depo for helping me choose the right one. I bought a Bosch 100 series dishwasher.

I've been impressed with this store for quite a while, but today was an exception. I was looking for non skid sheets for steps, and the website said that there were 8 in stock. After looking my self, I asked for help. This young employee, went out of his way to help me find these non skid sheets that I needed for my elderly relatives, even though it wasn't in his department. Both of us looked where they should have been, but they weren't there. Then, the young man , Leeam or Liam??, found the sheets under a layer of many rolls of tape. I was so impressed with his perseverance in helping me find what I needed. But, I have to say every time Ive been in this store, the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and willing to help. I think that reflects back on good management! It's my #1 choice in home improvement stores---in fact, I drive in front of another major home improvement store , to get to this Home Depot. Like I said, it's my #1 choice!

Easy to order online purchases. Always am able to pick up inside store or in lockers. If unavailable for any reason I’ve received call back from store personnel. They are very pleasant and makes shopping here enjoyable.
