Store is very clean and organize. The employee Juliana Harris at the appliance department is very friendly and provided service promptly.

I would highly recommend this store There is an employee by the name of (Milli. ) She is very Knowledgeable, Kind ,And Helps you by walking you to the area and locates product She d_oesnt just say" its over there) Iwill definitely return to this store. I just want to commend our cashier, Karen, as she was very friendly and engaging during the checkout process. It's always refreshing to have a smiling and friendly person greet you and make your day better with their positive disposition.

Store need friendlier people to greet customers and actually update people in long lines if they are waiting to check out. The workers seemed helpful in the ailes but some cashier's need training on customer service.

Great customer service and always have what I need to complete a project

I have been here many times while starting and maintaining my backyard garden this year and have no complaints. All employees that I have encountered have been helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The quality of their plants is also exceptional and I love the location also.

Ester in appliances when above and beyond to help me today. I had went to a competitor store (which I will not do again). I left that store upset and called Home Depot. Ester took care of me over the phone. As soon as I got to the store, I know exactly how to find her because she told me how to come into the front door and follow the aisle way all the way to her. She already had everything printed out for me. I already had an estimated delivery date. She was waiting on me very prepared. She knew I was upset and made me feel so good. Before I left there a few other employees were joking with me. It was a great experience!! I will definitely be back!

Such a wonderful staff of employees who were willing to assist me with my needs this visit. The friendly faces and joyful attitudes made all the difference in my day. I look forward to my shopping experience here in the future. The appreciation for the military service members was great too : )

I was completely satisfied with the service I received at this store location. The salesperson "Hannah C" in the Appliance dept. went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was a positive one and it was!! I found the perfect matching washer & dryer set at an affordable price that fit my budget perfectly! Needless to say I was a happy customer! Thank you Home Depot!!

The products were easy to find; the people that works there were friendly and helpful.

Your employees that have been there for years are great... The store and outside are neat and clean... The shelves are well stocked... The items you need are usually in stock... It seems the training for new employees has not worked very well... The new staff "if you can find one" is not Knowledgeable, Caring, Friendly, or Familiar with the row an item is located on... Ask two different employees and you might get a different answer... The time you wait for them to look for it on the phone and all the questions you have to answer because they don't know what the item is "not worth it"... You’re better off just searching for it on your own... Your checkout lines are too long and it would be nice, if possible to have a Disabled checkout register...

The store is always clean and the shelves are well stocked... The outside and parking lot are well taken care of... The old employees that have been there for years great... The new employees are not helpful or knowledgeable or friendly, if you can find one...

THE DEPARTMENTAL TEAMS KNOW THERE STUFF...I LOVE AN EMPLOYEE...THAT SENDS ME DIRECTLY TO THE PRODUCT IM LOOKING FOR...SAVING ME MUCH TIME...MAKES ME COME BACK WITH CONFIDENCE...KNOWING ILL GET THE HELP I NEED

General Store is fine but Do Not Purchase Flooring if being installed - Terrible Follow-Through or Follow-Up Customer Service in Flooring Dept.! Picked out carpet/laminate to be installed in 3 rooms, made sure we could finalize & pay via phone due to distance from this store location & Covid concerns. Was assured by assoc. no problem. Tried for a week to reach someone in flooring dept to finalize & pay. Gave up, then 2 days later when I'm driving, Jody (Flooring Specialist) calls me wanting to know if we are going to proceed? I let her know I had been trying to but no one ever available or calls me back. Was told I should "come in" if I wanted to get done. I called back that night, paid with a credit card. Checked back 10 days later as to status & Jody told me takes up to 2 wks to get carpet in. So, I gave it 4more days, called & was told they NEVER ordered the carpet as their system DID NOT show I had paid. When I asked to speak to a Store Manager, I was told this happens on $5,000 carpet orders & just a glitch in their system. No apologies, no real concern for me, their customer AND I was told if I would forward her the emailed receipt from Home Depot as proof, she would process the order. WHAT?!! I let her know I wanted a REFUND as I would NOT be doing business with this Home Depot store. Then today, I get an email telling me I will have to come in to the store if I want a refund to my credit card.

The cashier she recognize me from a prior visit, she was fast efficient and friendly. Her name is Juliana. I will return to this store because of the great customer service.

Great atmosphere in this store, staff very kind and courteous, I had a very memorable experience here and recommend anyone shopping for your home projects to pop in and get your needs met. And make sure to stop by the service desk and tell Brandi hi, if she hasn't been promoted already.

THIS STORE IS OK COULD HAVE A LITTLE MORE FRIENDY PERSONAL.

I used to do inventory for this store plus all others in texas . This store was well stocked and the associates were very pleasant and knew where everything was . I go to this store at least once a week . I do home improvement and mowers repair and almost always can find what I needed. This is my favorite store I'm always happy to shop . The store was very clean and in good condition.

The service I received was super. I was able to have the product purchased and set up a delivery that is Perfect! for my schedule. I would recommend this store anytime.

After visiting a competitor and leaving that store totally frustrated, I decided to go to Home Depot. I found exactly what I was looking for and the representative was courteous, knowledgeable and handled my transaction in a speedy but thorough manner. A total win.
