This young lady was very helpful even tho she was outside in the cold she took extra steps to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted and we left with a smile

This Store and workers are AMAZING. They go above and beyond to give you quality sevice and be helpful! The store is laid out nicely, I Love all the extra items they stock for Christmas sales. We really enjoy bringing our Grandchildren to the store to look at all the AMAZING Christmas displays and items to buy. Most years we purchase one of the cute musical water globes or music dancing items! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! THIS STORE!

The management and hr are only worries about their bonuses, the store is a mess and the associates are treated terribly

This store is always cleaned and organized and even though I'm unable to find some things, the staff is extraordinary when it comes to helping me. I think the personnel at this store is always very kind and helpful and I enjoy shopping here.

Very high rate of staff turnover. Ought to be telling management something. Lumber quality is WORTHLESS. Don't expect straight lumber or solid, decent plywood, and certainly not at a reasonable price. REAL problem EVERY year keeping Cascade wood pellets in stock. Don't they have sense enough to order large amounts ahead of the time when you run out? Buy it and store it in dry containers.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot because the staff are friendly and helpful. If the staff member does not know the answer to my inquiry they will find an answer for me.

Yesterday I went in to purchase some paint, two employees were in the paint isle and not only did they help me chose the right paint for my projet they got it off the shelf, put it in my cart, gave me a paint can pourer for the Behr paint I puchased and were very nice and happy to help me.

Great deals at a local store

Today I planned to purchase specific lighting I saw on the HD website. Drove 1 hour each way for this specific purchase. I looked up and down three different lighting related aisles and could not find any of the products I wanted to purchase. No HD employees in sight over 15 minutes of perusing these three aisles. I walked over to customer service who paged somebody to assist in Aisle 4. Five minutes of standing there, nobody showed up. I returned to customer service and she paged again. I went back to Aisle 4 and waited an additional 10 minutes to no avail. Total 30 minutes of wasted time and not one single HD employee was around to assist, despite two pages over their radios. Unacceptable!

I hate Kenai but love Home depot. Homer should have a small Home Depot.

Great store wish had more cashiers so lines weren’t so long I usually do self check out time avoid that. I wish Home Depot website was more accurate for Alaska because it is not

At this time Home Depot in Kenai Alaska does NOT require the public to don a ridiculous face mask in order to enter their store; they do, however require their employees to do so. This is of course their right as a private business; I will continue to shop there for all of my home improvement needs unless they amend this policy to force me to wear a mask, then they will lose my dollars.

I don't mind shopping here now that I don't have to wait in line outside for 20 min.

Employees are doing everything possible to keep everyone safe. They are friendly. Shopping experience was good. I can find items that I need and everything is marked.

Trying to get help from employees is difficult at best. If they see you looking around, most just disappear. Last time I asked for and got "help". Since I am female, I think he thought I was stupid. He kept trying to sell me the most expensive items instead of what I told him I wanted. I ended up calling the headquarters and the lady had to put the order in for me as what I wanted was in stock, the guy just didn't want to go find them. What I wanted was $100 and he kept insisting I get the $300 version as it was better. Same with screws. I knew what I wanted and he tried selling me stainless steel. This visit I had difficulty lifting what I wanted and 2 employees just stood and watched. When I asked for help getting it into my car,help was non existent. I waited and waited and ended up lifting it into the car by myself.

I have had nothing but positive reactions from Home Depot workers when entering this store. I feel welcome here and feel I am among friends. Kenai Home Depot has the best employees.

Great customer service, reasonable prices, easy to find products

Kenai store website shows 15 gallons of weed killer in stock. Drove 90 minutes each way for this specific product and the shelf with the product label marked was empty. After search & rescue mission to find a staff member, he identified the sku matching with an unopened box in a wrapped pallet 15 feet above. Estimate 20 minutes later after using forklift, etc I got my 2 jugs of $109 dollar weed killer. Staff was helpful, but not having product stocked was a waste of my time.
