A driver license is all the proof you need to show your a Veteran

No patio furniture inventory and dry flowers and plants in gardening dept one week before Memorial Day Weekend is shocking and pathetic. Kenai HD store is consistently understaffed, employees express minimal interest in their jobs displaying poor social skills and often lack product knowledge. Inventory is often empty shelves, minimal quantities, and not in synch with HD Kenai website. It's a shame there is not a Lowe's nearby.

I have one complaint about this store, you can't pay with cash at two of the self checkout stands and today one of those is down so paying is hard to do and takes a lot of time.

I would not recommend there credit card They charge you for a fee charge and a interest charge pretty high rates rates.

The kenai home depot employees are always knowledgeable and helpful, as well as super friendly. and the store is always clean and organized.

The most helpful employees I have ever encountered in a Home Depot! I went 3 times and never had to search for an associate to help...they approached me. Felt very welcome!

The people here are friendly and helpful. There is a few things the store is lacking in selection, but the store is clean and well kept. I will enjoy shopping here for many more years.

i have shopped materials at this store over the summer (2019) for an addition on my house. there are several employees who went above and beyond to help me in many ways...tyrell (retrieved a door from the second story inventory shelf) dave (directed me to construction supplies) alice (very efficient and smiley at checkout and i might have her name wrong) karen (offered great advice from the contractor's desk) and a young man who's name i forget (he has two kids with one on the way) who helped me load materials onto my checkout cart and then into my truck at least three times! i recently took the time to find the survey code on this particular receipt but i will be retrieving those other receipts and commenting in the near future. thanks so much for everything!

This store needs more check-out clerks. And the clerks at the self check need to be more helpful.

It's the only Homedepot on the Kenai Peninsula but it is a great store!

I've spent over 30k as a do-it-yourself individual since February, that's a lot of cash out of my pocket to commit to one location. After having issues with a single employee at the return desk for $120 I will be looking at alternative sources due to customer service, no matter how good prior experiences can be, straight up rudeness can turn any experience bad. Overall, Good stock, most people working are knowledgeable or helpful and want to help, Just a few people are downright rude. If the return desk is giving you a story and can't back it up with policy, take your items back later. Multiple issues with one person regardless of having receipt(s) or being within policy, just not worth fighting over. Don't tell me you can't see why or "your to far into it" mumble at yourself, or tell me lies.

Great selection of products, with no sacrifice in quality. Top notch customer service any time I've had a question, no matter if it has been as simple and quick as location of product(s), or question regarding specific product(s)

Really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. I always get great customer service even at their busiest shopping times and days! Easy to shop, clean and organized.

Advertised sale appliances at store were not in stock and prices were higher than advertised.

Went there for a in and out mission to get a flash light. I was very happy I found a flash light easily and was in and and out quickly. The store was very clean and store employees were happy to help me find all my needs. I would shop there a lot more now.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened and have always found the employees to be very helpful. If I was searching the store for items that I needed, if I looked confused or was not able to locate something, employees would ask me if I needed assistance.

The clerk was helpful in finding me some help loading my cart with big lumbers. Bailey was pleasant and helpful

Customer service and the employees in the appliance department were difficult to find and unhelpful. We came in 3 times in 2 days. There was also an employee at the pro desk that dismissed a request to help load a washing machine. Our machine took forever to get brought up and was subsequently dropped with a loud bang by the appliance worker, who basically told us not to worry since it was well padded under the box. It was a horrible experience.

Terrible department managers who don’t care or take the time to answer questions. Only bright side of this store is the ladies at the returns desk and service desk. They are professionals who other employees should emulate.

I really appreciate the friendly staff. They are always helpful.
