I was looking for some wood conditioner today. I had no idea where it might be located. Upon approaching the paint section, there was a man in the employee area. He greeted me hello right away and helped me find the product immediately. I was so impressed, and it made my experience good. I didn't have to track down anyone, and the employee. Jerrod, was friendly and competent. I will definitely shop there again if they keep hiring help like that!

Jacob Wineteer went above and beyond our expectations we purchased 248 inch vanities he helped us load them in the truck and even came out to our house and helped us unload them.

I purchased an appliance bundle of 4 appliances. one month after i placed the order, i went into the store to see the status of my order. I was told they could not give me any updates and it would be another 8-12 weeks but i should talk with the service desk. When i went to the service desk, Noel told me my appliances had arrived and the order was not entered correctly so they placed another order so they could schedule it for delivery. When the delivery date came the next week, no delivery. I called the store to ask for the status and they said it would be today and i would have to just wait around for the phone call. I asked for a confirmation that i was on the schedule for delivery and after being on hold for over 30 min, i hung up. (That was a mistake as i could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 4 hours) When someone finally answered the phone they informed me that the customer service rep did not enter the order correctly so it never was scheduled for delivery. I asked, can you please have someone make sure these have actually arrived in your store. After being on hold for 45 min, they could not find my order and would have to talk to the CS prep that placed the order but had now left for the weekend. the following week i went to the store to speak to the CS prep who informed me the appliances were there and would schedule for the next week. I insisted they deliver the next day as i had already weighted for the delivery. Christine, the customer order specialist was able to schedule for the next day but i asked her to put her eyes on my order to make sure they were actually in the store. Christine came back and said the appliances have not arrived and with phone calls back and forth for the next few days, found out they were sitting in anchorage and could not give me a date of when they would arrive. The following week the appliances arrived and were scheduled for delivery once again the following week. On the day of delivery for the 3rd time, no show again. The delivery did not get scheduled and will not be able to deliver for another week. Here we are over a month since the appliances arrived in state and I still do not have the appliances.

We are fortunate to have a building supply house that usually has exactly what we need for our projects, no matter what they may be. Even holiday decor and lighting!!!

Every-time we go in there the employees are super friendly and helpful! Sometimes things are not in stock but that is what it is bc we live in AK. Nothing beats AK!

I purchased items over the phone and the service was excellent and the lady was very patient with me and I just love the overall experience I would recommend this to anyone I love the store thank you again for all your services.

Easy to see search products and inventory and purchase proper items without Returns

Once again I was fooled, shame on me for buying a product I thought I could assume had the necessary hardware. Inspection of products is lacking and theft of parts inside boxes is apparent. Done with home depot until noticeable changes have been made to their culture of not caring about the products but rather focusing on social issues instead. Terrible.

Waited 45 minutes for a manager that never came. Clerk would not honor ad. Several other customers left because they did not get help when manager never came after being called for assistance. Very under staffed and staff that is there would not help or didn't know how.

I’ve been to many different Home Depot’s, so many employees ask if they can help you, not at this one. No one around and when I finally saw an employee and asked for help, they told me to go ask for help at the customer service counter at the other end of the store. I walked right to my car and went elsewhere. This store is a joke.

This store might not be that big and sometimes it feels like they’re always out of the one thing I need, lol. But the employees here are so kind and helpful and always make it a pleasant shopping experience.

I had four employees today help me at Home Depot. They were friendly and helpful. Awesome service, I hope the store continues to hire such quality people, the best service I have ever had in this store in two years.

I was received at this home depot as soon as I arrived by snow white! It was Halloween and we had all 5 kids with us so naturally they were especially excited to see snow white while we ran errands. They each got a piece of candy and my wife and I both applied for credit. Upon approval we were able to replace our old log splitter with a new one! We also picked up a few other needed things and we didn't have to wait in line for very long at all. Keep it up!

Just purchased a new GE refrigerator. It's perfect-been looking fwd to a quiet appliance with lots of space & easy access freezer.

We are building a new home and every time I go into this Hone Depot store the staff there is always so helpful in finding what we need.

I was greeted when entering and because I was in a hurry, I asked where I might find the items I needed. The employee knew all the different isles and I was in and out in 20 minutes!

Employees always stop and ask if they can assist as well as very informative even if they do not have a wide range of skills they try to help as much as possible and take time to understand the problems me or my friends were trying to solve. Very positive employees actually seemed happy to work, clean store compared to any other I’ve been to and quick to help.

Our go to store for many items - lumber, lawn mower to log splitter, home appliances, paint, Plants and yes, Christmas decorations! Sales associates are friendly, helpful and ready to discuss the product we are looking for. It's worth the near 200 mile round trip roadtrip to get what we need.

A month ago - you couldn't find an employee to save your life - the past few weeks, stockroom guys came out to help, now floor people walk up to see if you need help - they insist on loading your car, won't take a tip. Whatever they've done the past month - keep it going.. the employees seem more informed, happier and more plentiful. They could always use more help at the paint dept. and a help phone in the back of the store or in certain departments. But the past few weeks, the staff seem more accessible and helpful.

I ordered a stove over the phone and was ready to buy right away but Jarrod told me he was busy and would call me back. I waited four hours for him to call me back. He was very polite and helpful when he called me back.

The atmosphere in this store was friendly, helpful and busy. When we needed help, they went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. A pleasure shopping in the store. Kudos to store manager Tammi Dennis!
