While the staff was generally friendly , they were fairly busy. It did take a bit before i was able to get a price check for the items i was looking for. All in all though, very good experience, clean store. Good job!

The employees at the Kenai store are very friendly and helpful. The size of the building must make it hard for them to know where everything is, but they always seem to know where to send us for the product we need. Great service in a nice community!

Customer service reps are extraordinary. They treat customers as human beings with problems rather than complainers who want money back! Of all Home Depot stores within a 200-mile radius, truly, this is the best.

Want to give a big shout out to Jeremy that works in plumbing. He is willing to help you no matter if it is in his department or not. Give that guy a big "At A Boy". Better take good care of the good ones. You only have a few in this store.

All employees we interacted with were efficient and friendly. The procedure of getting the Home Office in Texas was terrible ,,,confusing and slowing down our purchase.

Some of the clerks have worked hard to remember who the military people are. That is very much appreciated when they have the discount code ready to go because they recognize military and veterans. We have been given great service on even the most mundane things it shows some very good effort on employee's part. Many thanks for help over the year of multiple visits during house construction. thank you.

But, they do not honor the veterans discount like the Anchorage stores.

Home Depot is my favorite store. The store is always clean and has a vast supply of tools and home improvement products. Nowhere else on the Kenai Peninsula is there such a wide variety in one store. Several of the employees have left very favorable impressions on me. Kyrstan has kindly and politely helped me numerous times when picking up online or curbside orders. Cashier Annette is super helpful too. The ability to shop for store products at my own home online, and then pick up the products via the curbside delivery is fantastic!

inventory seems limited, don't know if it's because of covid with shipments? last few times in store the only check outs open where the self checkout, it would be alright if you got a discount for doing an employees job, don't care much for them myself.

Many products available were damaged - especially cabinets and lumber. Some were obviously loading and unloading stock errors. Boxes were pushed and the backs or corners of the cabinets damaged. Product damage was not disclosed. Someone put it on the shelf as is. Plywood was substandard. No sanded plywood available. No help on floor available. One checkout person at self checkout. I had two large carts with lumber and cabinet. Checkout person did not help. No load out person available. A person getting carts came over and tried to help, but was not very effective in loading truck. I spent an hour and a half getting items that should have been quick and easy. I was so mad, even forgot to get military discount.

When calling the store about ordering a washer and dryer for my parents, the sales ladies were both extremely helpful and friendly when searching for the products. They were able to locate a matching pair of the washer and dryer and have it delivered from anchorage to homer. Prompt, friendly and extremely helpful!!

Great service plenty of helpful employees and most of the products I needed were in stock. I would drive a hundred miles again to shop at this store.

From day one of opening ..the store has killed its competition...no other store even comes close.
