Home Depot Corporate Office can feel very proud of their associates at this Home Depot Store. These associates have such a highly professional demeanor when helping customers like myself. I am an elderly female shopper who has to travel throughout the store in my wheelchair. I feel so very comfortable in your Home Depot Store, and everyone is so courteous and helpful to me. From the associates on the floor helping me with my purchases to the cashiers, I only have the most gratitude of appreciation to them all. In closing, Mr. Blake and Mr. Marcus, your store associates really do you all proud, and I am thankful that you are in my community.

The store was clean and offered deals at the front door. The employees were friendly and had some knowledge of the store. I worked with Alisa who was great. She was knowledgeable about the kitchen items I needed, she extended an offer of credit, which I needed to get the final items I needed for the renovation of my new home. I appreciate the positive experience here. I am normally watched by not helped in Home Depots. It was a great experience.

The story was very clean and I founded every thing I needed and great customer service.

Angela did a great job.

It took me asking 3 times to get lumber moved down from a top shelf. This took 45 minutes of my time. The cashier who checked me out; however, was exceptionally helpful, courteous and had a great attitude overall.

The self-check lady was rude and obnoxious to say the least. The scanner was the problem, not me. The scanner scanned over $135, when my purchase was only $21.73. She proceeded to interrogate me as though I made a mistake. Needless to say, the supervisor was just as unprofessional as she was. It's a shame, Jonesboro is no paradise and barely has any "big named" business on its avenue. With customer service like this, this Home Depot will be closed.

Customer service has been subpar the last couple times I've been there. The quality of the people working there in terms of attitude and making people feel welcome and valued is low. Maybe I went on bad days. Beyond this, the store itself is stocked up like any other typical Home Depot...

For the second time, this store did not fulfill my online order. The first time, I called customer service to cancel my order which took entirely too long. The second, I went to the store the next day (18 hours after placing the order) and had to pull my own items (there were not enough of the lightbulbs that I ordered and the pile of 2x3 lumber available was horrendous) then go to the customer service desk and explain the fact that my card had already been charged. The CS employee DID provide me a 10% discount for my trouble; however, I think I'll just go a bit further when I need to purchase goods in the future.

Its a crying shame when I know more about the inventory than the help. Asked 2 people to simply pull up an item ( 1/4" drywall ) and tell me which other stores have it and how much they have. Rep one ( at the pro desk no less ) replies with. " We dont got none ?" Then rather than simply look in the computer like i asked she goes off to talk to another girl who doesnt know that store doesnt stock it and tells me to ask someone else as i am heading to cust service. I get to cust service she doesnt know sheetrock from shineola and has to holler to a guy at the back of the store " what store can he git 1/4" sheet drywall at ? " I know they can pull it up on the computer and it will list every store and the number of units at each one. Options would be nice . some even vague idea of the number in stock at each store. If you look right now " the computer " says store #123 has 5 pcs. Now i want you to go to store #123 and put your hand on them. Should be simple white on one side brown on the other 4 feet by 8 feet not small takes up 32 sq ft of floor space and pretty thin 1/4"...

The store was clean and management/associates were very helpful.

After the Peachtree store no longer had the product I wanted and the associates called the Jonesboro store Lewis and Robert the manager were very helpful with getting me my deck box. I appreciate their help especially when we first thought that the item was not available.

This is one of my favorite stores. Home Depot on Jonesboro Road in Atlanta, The store is clean, the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I love this place. I always get excited about my next project because I know where to go to get help and fresh ideas.

Cashier Rosa and the store associate who was offering donuts and a hot beverage at the door on Black Friday are to be commended for their excellent customer service. I don't shop at this store regularly, but I should. You all always provide great customer service. I found everything I needed. Thank you very much!

This is my favorite location! It’s right by the highway the associates are always helpful and friendly they always have everything i need!

I asked for help several times while waiting for an Associate who worked in mill works to help me. I was told that the person who normally works in that department was on lunch. Mill works associates were paged to come and help me but no one ever came. Finally, an Associate by the name of UU walked by, I asked for his help, he stopped whatever it was he was doing and helped me on the spot. There was no talk of, "this is not my department " or "I'll have someone paged for you", he simply did what the others didn't, he helped me to accomplish what I had come to the store for. Thanks, Mr. UU

the cashiers are very rude and unprofessional, they talk about customers the moment a customer walk away they talk among each other about them, sometimes you are waiting in line they do not acknowledge you they just talk among each other and ignore you, they do not say thank you it's kind of like you have to beg them to help you. they use their personal cell phone to talk and text while they are customers around. they act like they own the store

Awesome customer service

The team in doors was simply amazing.

They have perlite, sphagnum peat moss, and vermiculite. I could not find the coconut coir the day I went but they say they have it online. I would probably place an order online and pick up if you really need something.
