I asked for help and everyone said that is not my area . Then I brought 35 bags of blacktop and couldn't get any help ...even after I asked for some ..then some fell off my cart and workers watch me pick them up and didn't even offer to help me ..

This store had a great selection of plants that seemed perfect for my yard and the sales associates were really helpful. Experiencing kindness makes a big difference when the rest of the world is so troubled.

I am a Do it yourself type of person and I all way come up with unusual ways to get the project done and the staff may not no what I am doing but they always help me find just what I need to complete the project.

I chose the Jonesboro Rd store over the store in Ellenwood, Ga due to the fact I had a bad experience in Ellenwood at the Tool Rental there and choose to drive the extra miles to Jonesboro Rd. The Jonesboro Rd store the one for me when shopping on that side of town. I do the majority of Home Depot shopping in Powder Springs, Ga. Powder Springs and Jonesboro Rd 5Star stores!

I’m a Vet, I signed up for the discount on line about 2 weeks ago. I asked to have my Mil Discount applied to my order. I have to sign up on line, informed that I had already. Employee said to look in the app. I looked in my app was not able to find. I asked the employee for assistance in finding the bar code, she was unable to find. Then she walked off. I still was unable to locate the bar code. Another employee walked by and was able to assist me I. Finding the bar code. The 1st employee whom was manning the self check out was near. So I asked, would you like to see how to find the code so you can help other customers if need be. She said “NO” and walked off while laughing. It’s sad she is getting paid to do a job but not willing to learn the job in order to assist the customers.

Kevin in flooring is awesome and Tim install tech measured my floor and was amazing also. They made the big difference to me

My experience at self check out was challenging but a friendly and very helpful young lady Ja Dae made my visit worthwhile.

I shop this store occasionally to avoid traffic at the store closest to me. Am always appreciative of the helpful and friendly staff

Shout out to Shamica. Excellent staff deserves a raise for how she treats customers. Definitely tip my hat to her. Keep up the good work

I needed a couple of items to complete project. I was waiting line and Kohn offered to open up an additional line. This saved me time and he was pleasant and professional. This is the type of service that will bring me back to shop at this lication.

The store has improved friendly staffing and is more a convenient place to shop. They have new management and it is making the store 100% customer friendly. The old staff was horrible, rude and very not helpful. Now it is much better with new staffing and management

A lot of times we’re use to the same half hearted, underpaid employee in most retail stores. However, I do appreciate the attention and care this team extends to its patrons. Granted there may be times there are those who are having a bad day- we’re all entitled to one a month btw- yet I’m always glad I came to this Home Depot. Keep up the great work.

Store is clean and organized. Item are easy to locate and if you need assistance customer service is available. I visited this location and know where most item I need are located.

The employees were all polite, proficient and professional from the time I walked in to the time I left. They really seemed to work as a team for the customer. Before leaving, I had product concerns and customer service needs that were all addressed so well that there is no need to mention the specifics. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service at this store and will be intentional about going pass the HD nearest my home to come here again, where assistance was proactive and easy to obtain

New management has made a big change ! The manager Brittany is very helpful and knowledgeable !

I felt racially profiled by the white guy who worked at self checkout at Home Depot Jonesboro store #0123 on 3/2/2021 @ 7:25PM. Without asking he just took the product I was purchasing from my shopping cart and turned it upside down as though I was trying to steal something. It was very embarrassing. One of the worst experiences in my life. I would like to file a formal compliant against him as I felt violated . There has to be a better way than to make someone feel so small.

Terrible store, low stock of Everybting, all of the shelf’s are a jumbled mess, majority of Everybting is in the wrong spots and employees are to busy chit chatting with each other to do the job your actually paying them to do witch is keep the store clean Max shelf’s stocked and organized and help customers find what they need.... none of witch is being accomplished at this store
