Great customer service

Very disrespectful Home Depot they all have nasty attitude. The only people who were willing to help me was the cashiers.

This store is out of stock on at least one thing I need almost every time I shop there.

Chiniqua was outstanding! She is the epitome of a great customer service manager!

If you need color matching, the paint ladies know how to do it best. Just speak with Brittany, Julia or Aja. They are all helpful!

Corbin was very friendly and helpful.

Tariq in the Garden department is one of the best examples of great customer service that I have ever seen. He helped me pick out plants over the phone that would coordinate so that my contractor could come pick them up. He went above and beyond!

This store is well stoked and right priced, people are knowledgeable of their store and their products, Britney is a great store manager and seems to care when you need help to get your materials. I asked 4 different times where things where and they send me to the right isle ever time, the cashier was bilingual and super friendly. They have all the stuff you don't find in other stores and normally cheaper too.

Zanah Johnson was a great help and assisted in every way she could.

The ladies at the service desk are amazing

All of the Home Depot employees are friendly, courteous, helpful. They will not only tell you what isles to find the items you need, but they will take the time to take you to the items. I needed some yard treatments. the employee took time to help me find what I needed and showed me how to use them. The greeters are friendly and the cashiers are nice and friendly as well. The supervisors are nice. They have plenty of hand sanitizer on hand, and masks for us to use. Im a homeowner and I go there everyweek. They always have what I exactly need. The staff is patient also. Thank you all Home Depot employees for your services!! God Bless and keep every one of you and your families safe..

Always experience bad customer service

Store clean and organized, sales assoc. Very helpful

The sales staff are very helpful and willing to give extra existence as needed.

Keep up the good work and remember to remove prices if the price has change. It throws the customers off when we get to the cash register and the cashier tells you that the price has changed back to the old price and they can’t make the change.

I came in briefly to retrieve a new lawn mower and the professional, courteous and customer service specialist walked my to the isle and pointed out various chooses and the price points! Went clearly up and beyond my expectations! Great customer service and quickly checked my out!

There are tons of items not stocked at this location.

Store is clean, well organized, and usually stocked very well!

Thanks James the manager for helped me to put the 4 bags of concrete of 80 pounds in my car. When the other people was so rude practically pushing me away from the store because they was 1 hour to close the store. If I did not find you. I might leave with empty hands and cancel my merchandise :0( God Bless you James!!!!

THIS STORE WAS CLEAN AND WERE EASY TO FINE. THE ASSOCIATES AT THE PAINT DESK AND LINE 21 WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

This store consistently has great customer service. I'll travel from East Atlanta just to frequent this store. The employees are friendly and always willing to help. And you can tell they care about you as a customer. Y'all nailed it!

All associates were helpful and knew exactly where every product is located. The customer service was great. The manager James sets a great example and from the looks of it, his employees have the utmost respect for him and vice versa.

Every time I go to this store I am never made to feel as though the staff is too busy to help me or answer a question. I made this store location the one I shop at even online my favorite. I actually live closer to a different store. Great Customer service from all the staff members that I have had the privilege to interact with. From the store managers to the person helping me load my car and truck. They must give great training to their employees at this store and it shows.

Staff were friendly and helpful from the time I walked in until I walked out. I was helped with every need and everyone question or concern was answered. Thank you for yet another positive experience at your store!
