Someone is ALWAYS available to assist when you need help! Locations of items and prices on line are accurate. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable, polite and appear happy to work there. Thank you HomeDepot for being available at such a critical time.

Very unsatisfied went to return some tile I didn’t used open box they refused to take them back form me I went to another home Depot and they took them back no issues no problems never go jonesbor Rd Home Depot again

Despite the updated conditions relating to the Corona Virus (store closing early, reduced staff) the store was clean, very helpful, and I was able to locate (available through online search) the product (Dorado Pebble stone) with the help of the flooring associate. Not the most corporate-aesthetically pleasing store from the exterior, but its a Home Depot Warehouse. An ode to the old days, which the company was built! Don't rebuild nor relocate. Its a great location for a possible movie/show site for a 1980's Home Depot location.

Great selection and good deals. The staff is attentive to your concerns. I also love the drop box pick up service for those items that you can order online and pick up later at your convenience. Shoot outs to Store Representative Javar. You're exceptional and the reason for my repeat shopping experiences.

Great store

There is a man by the name of Charles who works in the Harware Department. I couldn't believe that this man took his time out to go through an entire lost of items that I need for my job. Very patient, kind and knowledgeable individual. He deserves some type of recognition because it's people like him that keeps Home Depot in Business.. 5 Stars Plus for Charles in Hardware

All store personnel has always been so helpful in lumber, hardware, self checkout! Clean and friendly.

This store has friendly associates and they are helpful. I even received help from a customer.

The store was clean and when a customer deliberately poured coffee on some merchandise and the floor, there was a person there to clean it up immediately. I thought, "this is a store that cares".

The dryers were easy to find. They were clean.

Always will get the customer service you deserve and agents are always willing to help.

Overall, top ratings at my local HD, but I find that accessories to some products can be scarce.

The employees are always ready to help you and if they can't answer your question they will find somebody who will if they don't stock what you need, they'll contact other locations to see if they have them in stock. They're very helpful, I enjoy going there

Our experience was very positive. The staff member that assisted us through our purchase process was Alisa and we have to say that she was amazing! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in assisting us. We purchased a complete Samsung kitchen suite along with Samsung washer & dryer and she assisted us in applying for the Home Depot credit line. Alisa, in our opinion, is a great asset to your establishment.

I had an excellent experience with this store at The Pro Desk. Mr. Hutchinson did an excellent job of getting the product I needed at an excellent price after other locations and workers told me that I would have to buy a large quantity just to get the 2 pieces I needed. Mr. Hutchinson made one phone call and placed an order that saved me a lot of time and money. Great Store and people.
