Beautiful Saturday at the end of February means lots of people buying items for outdoors. Your assiciates should be aware and available to help customers load heavy items ie asphalt , concrete , garden soil.

I shopped the Christmas clearance (SCORE for me!!). Just went in for a thermostat. Took a while to find an available associate. Found one helping someone else, so I waited for him. He really helped a lot, and was friendly.

Nearly impossible to get help with loading my cart and truck. They display several step ladders in front of the check out lanes, which also make it very difficult to pay for my building materials. The Jacksonville store seems to have slipped from they way is had been managed.

I would recommend this store to anyone that would need what they offer at anytime! Ty!

Plant light was not located in Garden Section, it was hidden in corner of regular light bulbs. Took an associate (who was very helpful) a few minutes of searching to find the light bulb.

If you are buying paint or paint products in the Jacksonville, Illinois store, ask for "Sue" she is over the top helpful and GREAT!!!!

I paid for siding (before 9AM) and related parts to pick up at nearby supplier warehouse. Supplier did not have one part on the list and would not load the remaining partial order, due to stated concern that Home Depot would not pay if there were any discrepancies. (Why didn't Home Depot confirm items with supplier before submitting the order?) After errands, unloading in-store purchase at home and lunch I went back to Home Depot and got the item refunded, and purchased in-store a suitable substitute. (About 3PM (This took about 1/2 hour at the customer service desk.) However, when I returned to the supplier warehouse, the order from Home Depot had not been corrected. (Poor communication between Home Depot and supplier.) I finally went back to Home Depot and got all the outside supplier items refunded to my credit card. (About 5:30 PM) Because this is Friday, the supplier would be the likely source if I shop another local retailer, and the supplier is not open until Monday, I've also lost the weekend chance to do any of this siding. Everyone at the Home Depot and at the supplier were friendly, patient, and tried their hardest. It seems to be the business relation and communication between Home Depot and the supplier that caught me in the middle.

Kudo's to the store associates that helped my fiancé and I return our ugly patio furniture we ordered online. We thankfully did not leave empty handed, with your help we purchased an awesome fire pit. Thank you!

The associate that helped me today was Michelle McPherson. She was very helpful and this is not the first time she has been of service. I was not happy when i go there but left the store very satisfied and will remain a loyal customer. I drove from Springfield to shop in your store and will continue to do so! I have been looking for a shed for storing items out of my garage and finding rubbermaid and the likes. I was not pleased with these. At your store I found Glenda, the good witch, who helped me by showing me the shed on display. She was out going and friendly. I think that we hit it off and the demonstation was great. She gave me the pamplet with number to call Kim which I did and have ordered a shed. Thank you for all your help with this all. Glenda who are a Good Witch in making things happen.

Had a great experience buying a power washer. Store associate was extremely helpful. Helped us make a decision on which power washer to buy. Even offered to get us a cart and hold our product for us at the service desk while we continued to shop. Very pleased.
