very clean - friendly employees and very helpful

Was given incorrect information about an important question by two of the employees when I returned an item. When I then called customer service to clear up my question they were not friendly nor informative and were not confident that they were even giving me the correct information.

Very clean and organized store. Great prices and more options then the hardware stores in my area

Overall I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot store. Stock is good as well as variety. Sometimes it's hard to find a staff member to help you but when you do, they are generally helpful and pleasant. The service counter is a whole different story. The line is usually long and the customer service is lacking. I shudder when I'm forced to make a return.

I waited over a month for a product that cost me 300 dollars for it to come in and be broken and damaged... They wanted to order me new product but couldn't tell me how long I would have to wait.. they had a display that they could have given me but said NO the store manager was not understanding and didn't care about myself or my experience... I will not shop there.. I returned the product and I will go elsewhere.....

Jacksonville Home Depot is an awesome place to shop. My cashier Elaina was 10 hours in to her 12 hour shift and she still was happy, joyful, and eager to help. Great place to shop.

The store has been very helpful to me since i bought my home late last year. On my more recent shopping trip, i went in alone and was very confused when trying to find a drill and a few other things in that aisle to install a door. A young gentleman, Aric(Eric?) I glanced at the name on the tag briefly for spelling. He was so very helpful and patient with someone that knew nothing about what she was looking for. He was honest and asked for another associates opinion when he was sure and then continued helping me. He tried different drills, read up on what i needed, went above and beyond. Honestly and kindness are things I really value and this young gentleman has it in spades! He was super helpful and i have no doubt he will go on to do great things. Home depot will definitely benefit for having him around and hiring employees like him. (This young man deserves a raise!)

The clerk that sold us our storm door was very helpful. The original door we picked out was of out stock. So she sold us the next one to it for $40 less, like the one we wanted. Very thankful and we didn’t have to shop elsewhere!

Store was clean, but the employees were not helpful. Had to search for larger carts, none were available in the Garden Center. Pushed 2 loaded carts of rock past numerous employees including "CUSTOMER SERVICE" counter, those 2 associates just continued on their conversation, to the other end of the store to the check-out. No offers from help, even from the 2 "working" in the Garden Center.

Store is clean. Employees are always asking to help.

We have always enjoyed shopping here. The store employees have always been very knowledgeable and friendly with every visit. We feel very fortunate to have a Home Depot in our area.

Friendly customer service but lumber supplies tend to be limited.

Shelves seem stocked well. Customer service in kitchen,flooring and paint departments have been very helpful. We go while on vacation in Florida too.

A very nice store with courteous staff.

The staff Dale and Mike were very helpful during my purchase of a EGO 21 inch mower July 3rd at 730pm . They also help me load my car during a rain storm. A positive employee team effort will all ways keep and win NEW customers for Home Depot any where in the country. Good Job!

I am so thankful for this store overall, it's my favorite. The only complaint is that sometimes I look online and it says that you have an item but when I get there it is not stocked and the associate can't find it and it does not correct it self on the website.

Store is exceptionally clean. I could spend all day getting fresh ideas from their products. Love my local Home Depot store.
