always clean and organized

I'm so grateful our community has this Home Depot. The employees are friendly and helpful. I like being able to shop local♡

The employees are super friendly and do everything they can to be sure you have the best shopping experience. Everywhere we turned there was someone willing to lend a hand. Tyler made sure we got the best possible price on our appliance purchase. Joe was so friendly and explained everything from warranties to deliveries in detail. Cindy at the register was the sweetest cashier I have met in a long time!

The store itself and employees are great. The bad experiences we have had with the store are not directly related to the employees of this store. However, the sub-contractors they hire are a nightmare! A few years ago, the carpet installer showed up 3.5 hours late with a drunk assistant who peed his pants while on the job. He had to call his girlfriend to help him finish the job. Today, the delivery company blew off the delivery of our new washer and dryer. They called to say our address wasn't coming up on their GPS. We gave them directions, They said they needed to call their dispatcher and they would call us back. They called the store instead to say they wouldn't deliver to us, we were out of their delivery area. The store had to call us and it turns out the delivery company was wrong...but they couldn't deliver it to us for ANOTHER WEEK! The old machines are gone because the new ones were supposed to be here TODAY! Unfortunately, the store was more happy to cancel our order than to fix it. So we cancelled. And I am just going to say this now, because I am obviously UNHAPPY. We have had 3 incidents of someone else getting our credit card numbers and using them. The common denominator in all 3 incidents was shopping at Home Depot the day before the incident using the affected credit card. Just saying!

Everyone has always been helpful. We bought our washer dryer combo here awhile back. We just purchased new stainless steel appliance package. Jeannie who works in appliances...is helpful and delightful!

Items were easy to find due to aisle and bin locations

We are thankful for Home Depot to be in our small town. They have great selection and are always helpful. I wish that they had not taken out all but one of the cash registers at the main entrance. It forces me to walk much further. Cameron helped me at the east end with the one case register that is left on that east door, where I do most of my shopping. This store is clean and the people where very helpful. Unfortunately the saw was not working but the people where still helpful.

This is an order that I made by Phone. The lady in the Door Department was very helpful and took the time to find the special merchandise that I needed. She was very considerate and thoroughly explained what was being ordered for me.

I always find what I'm looking for and there is always a sales person that's willing to help!!

usually this store has isles that are impassable with pallets of materials or fork lifts or pallet jacks. I have encountered several young "men" in the lumber and gardening section that were just worthless humans, undeserving of the oxygen they breathed. I have however noticed an improvement in the isles and it seems as though the employees have become more intelligent as well.

This particular store ALWAYS (and always is accurate) has isles that are so clogged with pallets and ladders that they are totally impassable. This is a constant issue in this store. Yesterday, 9/13/2017 I counted eleven (11) isles that were complete blocked with ladders and pallets. I could not get to the merchandise I wanted so I just left and went to Ace Hdw.

Terrible customer service, rude and disrespectful.

Following your guidelines, I did not find the product i was looking for and for the last three weeks have searched thru the Home Depot website to try and find these cushions i have wanting to get. On-line, too confusing . I called this store because it was the closest to me in the area. First couple of time were not good experience. Couldn't get any help, was put on hold the next time I called for 18 minutes. Hung up and decided to go somewhere else. Thought I would give them one more try and called only to speak to a gentleman by the name of Joe Mudd. Good thing they have him as an employee! He was more than helpful, located the items in stock, said they only had two of the six I wanted but would find them at another store. We drove over from Springfield and he had them waiting for me. Not only that, he had located three other store that had them in stock for me to get from. Kudos's to this employee @ Home Depot! I will go back because of him!

We recently purchased an electric range from the Jacksonville store. (usually visit the Edwardsville IL store-either is a drive)The salesman was attentive and knew his product lines. Asif made the worry of deciding on our purchase, ordering it, and then picking up our order seamless. I have no regrets that I didn't make the purchase from one of the "other" stores in Springfield( who, by the way, would have delivered to our location). Take a bow -- you all! I will continue to shop The Home Depot and only hope that should a purchase I make ever have an issue to resolve, that the store management team are just as eager to please the customer with a satisfactory resolution, as the sales team was in selling the item .

I was greeted upon entry to the store. I was offered assistance with finding what I needed. I did not have to wait in line to be checked out. The departments were well stocked. The associate I asked to assist me find solar batteries was fairly new she stated but was able to use her phone to tell me the exact location. I then went to the service desk to have keys made and also was pleased with the service I received there as well. Way To Go The Home Depot.
