The Home Depot in Issaquah is clean, organized and very informed of the products. I have recieved assistance when i needed assistance on the load out. I give my thanks to Phur the cashier to find and ask Zach, who was watering the plants at the front. Zach is another associate who i give my thanks to because he is very patient, kind and organized on how to load the bag of mulches into my car. I would say if I would want more assistance to load more products into my car, I would go to Zach because as i mention, he is organized and he is willing to pause on what he was doing previously and help out. Phur the cashier, who was at the garden register, showed such enthusiasm and likes to talk as he is scanning my products. These two associates showed great enthusiam and kindness. I would come back for more of that. Thank you!

As the store is clean, respectful and productive, I can never forget that Zach from garden showed a lot more kindness to me by helping me finding the right tree. Even though it was my first time planting a tree, Zach showed a vast knowledge on how to plant a tree, how deep the hole shall be, what kind of soil I should use and what fertilizer is perfect for the tree. Zach showed great detail as he showed patience, kindess and his desire to help others. I praise for his assistance. If I come back to Home Depot in Issaquah again, I will go to Zach at first for his great knowledge of gardening. Thank you, Zach!

GREAT SERVICE AND CORRECT ANSWERS FOR PRODUCTS

Aimee and Vadin helped me in the door section. They were super kind and supportive. The helped me find the product I needed/wanted, helped me with a cart that would carry the item and then helped me get my other items. They walked me to the checkout area and got some assistance for me there. This was a Home Depot trip worthy of sharing with others as everyone went above and beyond.

This store is great, very helpful workers and very organize.

The cashier and customer service associate did not know how to process a check. Everything else was fine.

I would highly recommend the Issaquah Home Depot for all of your gardening and landscaping needs. I have only experienced exceptional customer service. Additionally, this particular Home Depot seems to have more discounts than other Home Depot stores.

Nice store and I thought you guys did a good job with all the safety precautions.

I only put no on recommendation cause of their security guard lurking at me when i clearly see him following/stalking me. Felt uneasy and unwelcome. I bought products and seriously i use to work in this company too. Loss prevent / LP wouldn’t suspect anything unless they see some shoplifting first hand etc. employee at the front gate was not welcoming. The cashier was more welcoming than them. Only reason for the 3 star is her and there was a few items left i was able to get. I would go back not because of their service.

Every department was tidy and risk-free; associates were very friendly; receiving the assistance I needed was difficult for the first 45 minutes of the hour and a half I was in the store. Some associates were very helpful, Michael and Kylee in "Building and Lumber", and one other person who appeared to be the department or store manager.

Best store to go to. Everybody is helpful. I made friends by going there often. I am happy to go this store again and again

I had a very specific bolt to find to fix my mountain bike. Rick D from Hardware came at my rescue when I got lost. He helped me to determine that the bolt was metric. Listened carefully and patiently, navigated me through multiple drawers and FOUND what I need. In minutes. It would have taken me hours by myself. This is what differentiates you from online blind shopping. Qualified help is what I will come bak for. And yes, Rick was wearing a mask and was respectful of social distancing . Please thank Rick for me.

I had a extremely unpleasant experience with one cashier Scott it all boils down to him feigning ignorance of me purchasing a mailbox from him 2 hours 20 minutes earlier. He refused to let me leave the store with something i had bought from him. his name was on both receipts. he refused to accept a bank statement or the card i had used to purchase the mailbox. he kept me waiting for 5 minutes while he played on his phone i demand a written apology admitting he lied

Andrea, the associate in the paint department was outstanding. She is very efficient and can multitask perfectly. It made going into Home Depot a very pleasant experience.

Iv'e been purchasing building and landscaping products at this store over fifteen years or so and always had questions answered by people who knew what they were talking about. If those persons could not respond , they knew who had the answer or where the items were located. As a senior, I was frequently asked if I required assistance to transport items to my vehicle. That confidence has built up over the years and thats why I come back to purchase the products.

Excellent customer service. The manager and the customer service team went out of their way to price match the online (Home Depot App) that was for some reason not ringing up correctly in the store. The discount was $200 less than the in store price on the tankless water heater. I was given the online discount price and they worked diligently to make sure I was taken care of quickly and the problem resolved. I will shop here first everytime.

This was probably the worst experience at a home Depot that I have ever had. This store moved to self checks only other then the one person who is over at the pro-desk, which is really just an employee running one of the very slow self checks. As we went to check out there was multiple bar codes on the first box and it locked up the computer because it was not the correct code to be scanned. After watching no less then 5 self check employees ignore us one gal finally came and scanned her badge and got us moving. After scanning 3 more items we got the pop up protection plan and didn't see it until I scanned a few more items. Then trying to back track to figure out what wasn't actually scanned in the cart I double scanned an item and needed one removed. Again 5 employees on their phones ignoring myself and other customers needing assistance. When we were rudely told that we would need to wait a few more minutes we took everything we had and went to the pro desk. This whole thing took about 15minutes and I got a total of 3 items scanned out the the 40 I had. I'm all for self check to make things quick when you have only a few items but I'm sorry 40 items at a value of $600+ I don't think it's too much ask to have someone knowledgeable about their products and barcode placement ring me up. All home Depot has to say is that "their keeping costs low for us by having self check." That's really hard to believe when their employees are to busy on their phones to even notice if someone were to walk out the door without paying. I spend too many tens of thousands of dollars each year at this store to be wasting my valuable time fighting self check out. This is probably the final straw to push me to shop elsewhere. It's a shame because HD really is set up with the contractor in mind unlike it's competitors but at least I have a real person ringing up my purchases else where.

I can always get someone to help me when I need it at this store. That's important to me.

Hit or miss. This store can have the BEST service or you could be treated poorly. If you have the chance, other local Home Depot’s are better.

Home depot's really gone downhill they no longer have cashiers. They just have automated kiosk systems to do all of your checking out, as a contractor this is incredibly disheartening and a huge pain,a in a lot of times the product that you're picking up arw improperly priced or labeled and then when you finally do get help the staff can be a little rude. or act like they're being inconvenience to having to look up a product and do their job. I've loved the store for many many years and it built many homes using their fine products but I'm going to have to start going with a different company I think. I think I'm done with Home Depot.
