Today I purchased a mirror (last one on the shelf), the package said that it comes with the hardware necessary to hang. While loading it into the car I did not see the hardware so I went back inside and asked an employee. His response was that I would have to buy hardware if I wanted to hang it. So I had to buy the hardware that I already paid for with the cost of the mirror. Employees will not do the right thing, caution before you buy any products here

The store staff was helpful, particularly over the phone. I called to see if they had a unit in stock of an AC I wanted to purchase where the website said "Limited Stock Available." I had no issues reaching people over the phone and was transferred to the Plumbing/HVAC department. The associate helped me over the phone, placing me on hold and taking the time to track down the single unit in stock. She set it aside for me to come purchase a few hours later. My only negative was that once I got the unit home, it was obviously a return and was covered in hair. We had to spend extra time cleaning it off before verifying it worked. It works fine and seems practically new so I'm pretty happy, but was a little disturbed considering the covid situation. I wish the item had been marked open box clearly on the outside.

I have been to this Home Depot twice and have been very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the employees that helped me. I appreciate good customer service and loved that I got this on my shopping trips there.

Greg in the pressure washer dept went well above and beyond breaking out the tools to help me select the appropriate fittings for my new hose etc. He is a Prince amongst men!

Great Customer Service

I went to this store and bought some heavy and big items. An employee at this store, Jeff, helped me carry it to my car and even helped me efficiently load it onto the roof of my car.

When I walked into the Garden greenhouse of Home Depot, an associate there named Zach, who works in the Garden department, says hello and asked me how i was doing. He also asked me if there's anything he can help me find. i told him i need a noble fir tree and he pointed out to me where it was by taking me to the area where it was. I asked him what is the difference between the noble fir and any other tree. He explained to me the very specifics between the noble fir and other trees very well. He told me the full details of the noble fir on how the needles and the branches are thick and its willing to hold the heavy ornaments, to which it is the kind that I want to get. Then, Zach also asked me what height i am looking for for this particular type of tree and I said 6ft. He lead me to the area where it has 6ft trees and he completed my search for me. He asked me if he wants my tree's bottom to be cut. I said yes and he did. Then, he put it through the net bailer. I was happy that i got my tree because without Zach, i dont know how to find a specific tree that i want for the holidays. Zach shows a lot more enthusiasm, more information about the product and he's very engaging. I give my two thumbs up for Zach for his efforts! :)

I couldn't quite reach the product I needed, but I was able to find a worker at the first intersection who promptly brought a rolling staircase to get it for me

What is going on with this Issaquah store? Today was [another] frustrating visit. Products are being moved to different aisles and not in a way that made logical sense. I rarely find an associate willing to help and when I have, they seem put out. Today, an associate told a customer that she would have to wait until someone else comes as he was 2 hour past his lunch break. This is a management problem with short staff and a training issue for the associate. Aisles are being stuffed to the point where it is a one way and you can't pass anyone.

Copious amounts of customers without masks; which is required in our state. This store is not enforcing current masking regulations. With staff either apparently.

Very happy with the lawn tools that were recommended to us by a friendly, knowledgeable employee!

I was standing in line yesterday and I watched the cashiers come out to us and start scanning the purchases of the next person in line. Let me say that again THEY CAME OUT TO US!!! No other stores do this and I wish they would as this gets me through the line faster and for every minute I stand in line waiting I lose $$$. Keep up the good work Home Depot!!!! We appreciate you!!

I was greeted by one of the employees today! For a minute It felt like how things were in the old days when your customers were also your-friends and family!

The employees at this location are always super-friendly and helpful. They always seem to go out of their way to help their customers, and there always seems to be someone available to help when needed.

A few days ago I had asked an employee to find some info about a door product. Several days had passed and I forgot all about it but the employee at the pro desk remembered and when he saw me in the store he came and found me to let me know what he had found out. He was on his break at the time. He took his personal time to come make sure I had my question answered! That is customer service!!!!

I will drive out of my way to shop at this store above all others. Thank you for helping me today!!! This is how customer service is supposed to be!!

Always has great selection and it's always easy to find what I'm looking for. Items are organized in a logical manner which makes since easier given that it's such as big store.
