The employees were super helpful!! The store was clean and the checkout was fast!

Your Toshiba portable AC 10,000 BTU model, could not be ordered online, delivery not option either. Inquired with 2 men working at PRO Desk, unhelpful, claimed all you had was Danby portable AC unit and another window mount unit. They did not check computer, just claimed they were out, no clue as to why I can't buy online. Maria from returns desk was amazing! She's no manager working 20+ years, checked stock, located last one, had on a cart, got a loading attendant in minutes, also gave me a $20 discount! Why have a Pro Desk?

Nice store, everything I needed was in stock. Friendly employees. A great pleasure shopping here versus the other home improvement store. Also prices on small items/ hand tools are so much better at the Home Depot.

I am a contractor and I shop at many stores. It has been a long time since I have seen a retail store that truly cares about the well being of the customers! Most just want our money but this store has gone over and beyond to earn my trust and loyalty not just my business! From top to bottom the crew at this store should be the example that every store should strive to follow!!!

I was assisted first by a man back on aisle 13, while searching for a special battery I needed. I don't remember his name, maybe Dave? Not sure, but he was an older man & was so VERY kind & helpful (also helped us get some items off shelf that were high up too). There was also an AWESOME cashier, Alicia!! She was just great, and very nice too!! Very efficient, knowledgeable, and we also has a great convo while at the register. Very good customer service and rapport with Alicia, much appreciated!!!!!

Nothing nice to say about my horrible experience. Zero accountability, just wanted me gone as he just wanted to give me a refund than resolve the issue.

This store is near me and I always shop my garden and home improvement materials. At the lumber material section, there is an employee names AJ, he is very knowledgeable and very helpful, he is an employee with the best working attitude and working ethics. In general: every employee in this store is nice and helpful.

There’s an employee named Jeff that has glasses and we found in the door handle department. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL & showed genuine interest in helping us. It’s so hard to find people like that nowadays. Please we give our thanks to him greatly.

There are very few product shortages and every time I shop here I get asked by at least one or more employees if I have found everything I need.The employees are friendly and genuinely strive to make sure I am well taken care of!

The Issaquah Home Depot is the cleanest and best-stocked hardware store I've ever shopped in. Even better, the employees seem to really enjoy their jobs and make my shopping experience wonderful every time I visit. Great store. A+

This HD is my favorite. The associates at this store are always very helpful and nice. This store is well stocked and maintained. They have a large parking area and is easy to access from the freeway.

Was able to order a product over the phone and the employee was very helpful and patient. Picking up the order was easy and fast.

I unexpectedly had to shop for all of the shower materials after a long day at work (contractor coming tomorrow). I'm a strong female but was really struggling with some heavy tile. A gentleman from plumbing (John H) was walking by me in tile and saw me struggling and helped me get everything I needed for the job. When I was checking out, Chris C was very friendly. Thanked me for my military service, and helped me load my heavy things into the truck (no one else was available). I was very stressed about my list but John and Chris made the trip much better. Thank you!
