Friendly store, even some products I purchased broke easily

I like the staff. They are helpful despite some problems with the products I purchased.

Susan, in Appliances, made my purchase of a new electric range so easy! She was competent, professional, and personable. It was a pleasure to be her customer!

If you want fantastic help in the appliance department, make sure you have Eren A. As your specialist. She is extremely knowledgable and helpful, not to mention very friendly.

Great store and helpful friendly employees. We looked online before we shopped and got everything on our list. Some tile we were interested in looked very different in person but we were able to choose something else in store

Andrea in paint is great! She was super friendly and helpful during my most recent visit and I will definitely be back soon!

This store is now back to running as it once was. A good manager makes all the difference and this store has an excellent management team!. There are also few people who deserve special recognition. Chad, Maurice, Pedro ( contractor checkout), Sarah p, and Sylvia ( returns) John in ( plumbing) Dale( tools) Andrea ( paint) just to name a few. I have had to ask all of these people for assistance in some way over the the last few weeks and in EVERY case they were integral to me completing my shopping needs! I pray this store will continue to come back to the amazing store it once was and with the outstanding team you have in place I know it will!!

we understand that h.d. employees cannot know everything about every product in the store but the employees at the Issaquah store are very friendly and try their best to find us the answers or correct product. This morning Sarah really bailed me out of a serious plumbing dilemma. Thanks Sarah you rock.

Store is clean and items easy to find, however many items not on stock in electrical section. Masami is great with customer services always willing to help, she is great, my favorite cashier!!!

This store ROCKS for customer service !

Top notch Home Depot location. We recently have had the need to order carpet and doors, and the employees, the measurers and installers involved in those purchases have all been courteous and professional. The other employees in the store have been very helpful as well. Plus, we like the procedures this store has in place regarding COVID.

I would like thank Aimee for her assistant two days in a row. She is absolutely wonderful and gave me some great recommendations. This is my must go shopping spot from now on.

Someone came to help us find what we were looking for and then helped find the right person who was able to process our order. They were very helpful so we didn't have to wonder around the store looking for what we needed.

Poor experience purchasing a dishwasher. Salesperson was rude and discourteous in relation to a price issue. Abruptly ended conversation and did not wist to discuss further. Contacted an assistant manager who reluctantly resolved issue after I persisted. Unacceptable customer service and no respect for the customer. Store manager never responded after stating he was concerned and would contact me. Contacted corporate and was treated very well. Representative was apologetic and concerned. Was given a cash gift certificate.

Visited the other day to look at flooring samples and inquire about an order. To my surprise, the three employees in this section were engaged in a conversation, loudly complaining about a customer, and all had their masks pulled down! So shocking - I was ignored and felt unsafe.

We had wonderful service from Mary, Pedro and James (cashier) which made us feel that Home Depot was willing to go the extra mile to look out for their customers at high risk from COVID-19.

I had excellent experience by an associate named Micah. She not only helped to find a replacement light bulb for my flashlight, but also opened the package and installed it for me and did a couple of more things to make it work. I had the same excellent help with the keys that were made for me that day by another worker. I really appreciated the help and it made my day and it makes the Issaquah Home Depot a great place to shop!

I find the check out service very friendly at this store. Phuol checked me out the last time I was in and he did a great job! This store is well stocked for the most part and only runs out of items seasonally or when there are sales. Otherwise, this is my go to place for home items.
