This store is the perfect size, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Kitchen cabinets were not stocked on shelf’s and had to be brought down from the very top which took 20 minutes just waiting for the associated to come back with forklift

highly disappointed in this store. Right when they were finally starting to win me back from my last negative experience, they go ahead and screw me over again. 8 days ago I went in and purchased a refrigerator. It was supposed to be delivered on the following Saturday today. I never got a call about when they were going to deliver so I decided to call them myself. Come to find out my item was on backorder and wouldn't be deliverable for 1 month! I expresslyt the associate helping me that I needed this refrigerator within a week. He promised the following Saturday. That's today. I called the delivery people and found out that my refrigerator was on backorder and would not be available until the end of the month. I told them I needed this refrigerator this week that our refrigerator was not functioning correctly. They were not able to get a refrigerator to me before the 16th of February. This is completely unacceptable and gross and negligent behavior. I will never shop at this home Depot ever again. And if you know what's best I would suggest you don't either

There are always many staff members walking around willing and offering to help.

Cashier, Leyla was most helpful at checkout and while I attempted to open a charge account, I forgot I had placed a credit freeze with the credit reporting group. Therefore, my request could not be processed. Leyla was most understanding as I had taken up about 20 minutes at checkout. She is a superior associate at Home Depot.

The store has a good selection if products. It's hard to find help and lack of cashiers.

Once we found the refrigerators, and the salesperson, we were able to view and handle the three we saved from the Home Depot website.

Store was clean. I was greeted by two different eployees during my visit. Very pleasant and friendly. Another great experience at THD. Thanks to everyone.

If you go to this store and need help with appliances you have to find Michael, he will not only give you the professional advise you need he will entertain you with his great sense of humor. Keep on doing what your doing my friend, people like you make it a happy place to shop.

We got the best customer service under the circumstances… All of a sudden there were multiple customers with multiple needs... The customer service representative, in a most professional manner, handled each and every customer, made each of us feel we were being given attention and she never appeared stressed of flustered...

At about 9 a.m. when all the commercial guys are getting their supplies. As a DIY, I needed assistance finding lumber. I went to the Pro Desk to ask for assistance. Horrible reception, one guy--Alex--at lunch and no one else could help me (Strike One); I felt like a leper the way everyone avoided me, only caring about the commercial accounts, (Strike Two); I tried for 30 minutes to find lumber and trim for my project--no luck. Went back for help and still no one at the Pro Dept. cared. Linwood from the Door Dept was about to take a break and saw my frustration and volunteered to help. He was great and got me what I needed and got me out of there. Pro Dept is poorly trained and only cares about commercial accounts as they generally don't need any help finding things. They are lazy.

Service is great. You can always find someone, and a knowledgeable someone at that. It’s hard not to spend more money than you planned, because of the number of quality products available. Great store, have the store card its definitely my store.

If you need help for a painting project - Go to Home Depot and ask for Sherman! He's awesome! So helpful and provided me with painting tips and suggestions. He got me all set for my painting project and I'm actually excited to start painting!

The workers/employees there are really understanding and very helpful, they also have great maintenance.

Man, if only I had come here first.....I'd have a refrigerator by now, also it seems as employee wanted my services!!!!!

I went to this store for the 4th of July sale on appliances...I received excellent service from the salesperson who helped me and he made sure I got all of my discounts at purchase time. This store had everything in stock of the refrigerators and stoves for me to look at and compare. Wonderful experience!!!

Extremely Poor Customer Service

Haven't been to Home Depot in awhile. More employees have been hired, very pleasant, and actually offer to help find what I was looking for. IF they keep the extra employees, it will continue to be my place to go.

This store is always great. They seem to always be well stocked. Staff always is available to help when needed.

Very nice employees, always willing to help. Will be remodeling my kitchen very soon and will give the job to Home Depot who recently remodeled my sister and brother-in-law's kitchen.

Have a great variety of supplies! And the staff is so kind, friendly and professional. Especially Mr. ART the cashier in Nursery, he is so full of life and jolly along with the beautiful flowers he lightens up your day.

Derrick, Betty, and Sharon were amazing helps this past Saturday! They made sure we had a great class and learned a lot about planting. We left with plants and knowledge!
