We called to make sure item was in store. After 2 hrs drive. They had pulled wrong item (they were given the sku #)and told us they did not have item we wanted. I went back and found the one I wanted misplaced not under floor sample. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE

I needed to extend my hot water supply line for a new kitchen faucet and couldn't figure out the parts I needed. I asked AJ what I needed to extend my supply line and he graciously walked me to the aisles with the parts I needed and explained why I needed them. Not only did he know the layout of the store, he knew the parts and gave me options when his original suggested parts weren't in stock. I was in/out in 10 min and my water was back on in 20 - no leaks! I'll return to this store, looking for AJ whenever I'm stuck on a DIY

Chris in plumbing helped w/ an irrigation sprinkler problem that Lowe’s could not

The staff were very helpful and friendly, even 30 minutes to close.

My son and I are in town for a baseball tournament. My son's catchers mask broke - between games we raced to Home Depot. The staff was friendly and efficient. Specifically, Amy, who went out of her way to help us find the hardware and fixed the mask right there while we waited. We were able to get back to the field in time for Game #2 to start.

this home depot is excellent and one of its primary employees, Lanette, is helpful with everything. She does whatever it takes to make sure you get what you need.

Incompetent employees will tell you one thing but do another. This just cost me hundreds of dollars. The lady then laughs at me for asking why she didn't do what she told me she was going to do. Honor your word. What happened to holding people accountable?

Home Depot has gone above and beyond to make sure that my family is safe during the pandemic. I appreciate the curbside option. And I love the $8.99 home delivery services. The folks that bring things to my home are so kind and pleasant. Thank you so much for making shopping so easy and safe for me while I cannot go into a store.

My cashier Cierra was very polite and a joy to be helped by. I offered to help her bag my items and she refused and said it was her job. She displayed great customer service and I would hope she's recognized for it.

My favorite Home Depot store. It's unusual to find a hardware store these days with employees who really know their products and are available and willing to help you. This Home Depot has those kinds of people.

Diana White went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the microwave we needed for our new home...and that we were able to take it home the same night! She is amazing! Thanks Diana, you are the best!!

Home Depot just won over a new shopper. My experience today was exceptional compared to one of Home Depot’s competitors I visited yesterday. The prices and variety of merchandise exceeds its competitors.

Hands down, this store has the best customer service at the Pro desk out of any of the big Box stores in Richmond. We have been working with them for years, and Lisa, Pete, and the rest of the team go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. As a general contractor, speed and efficiency, and excellent customer service is what we need, and we always get it here! Thank you so much for all that you do for us each and every day!

Since COVID, I have been using delivery and curbside methods of shopping. Home Depot does an exceptionally good job with curbside, and home delivery (same day - just $8.99)! I have really enjoyed picking things up so projects may go on as planned. I have enjoyed the kind folks that I encounter when I pick up. They are courteous and friendly. They will do anything to help me out. Curbside is not fun at all stores. But this Home Depot makes it a really enjoyable experience. Thank you so much to Atalia and Steve for being such a great help to me today!

THIS STORE GETS ITS SHARE OF TRAFFIC BUT STILL SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HAVE HELPFUL PEOPLE AROUND. IN APPLIANCES ASK FOR MICHAEL WILLIAMS, AN OLDER GENT THAT KNOWS HIS STUFF.

I had a great experience at this HD today. There were lots of sales clerks and they always asked me if I needed help with anything. And one clerk, Jim from Electrics, went above and beyond to help me find my pocketbook which I had left in an unknown department (I had been in 9-10 different departments!). I also found several items that I hadn't been able to find at other hardware stores!

I love HD stores unlike the Other similar stores in Richmond, VA. Home Depot stores are always cleaner, have more assistants to help you and generally have better Wood selections as well as tools I am looking for. They also have a better Website!

I live 5 minutes from the Short Pump store, but I love the customer experience in this store, so I always go at lunch time from my office. I’ve even ordered online and done the curbside pick up after work. Uniformly a wonderful customer experience.

This Home Depot Store is very easy to Access with several entrances & exits, with Traffic Lights & Turning Lanes. There is Plenty of Parking spaces also. The Store is kept very Clean & Orderly and with More than Sufficient Employees to give Immediate Assistance to Customers. All the Employees are Neat, Courteous & Professional in their Interaction with Customers. Actually Quite Pleasant! They are Knowledgeable and show Genuine Interest in what the Customer is Saying. This Store also has a wide variety of Quality Products, with a good stock and at fair/competitive pricing. There is pretty much Everything that a Home Owner could need and use in the Upkeep, Maintenance and/or Revamping ones home! FROM ELECTRICAL TO LUMBER AND FURNISHINGS TO LANDSCAPING! THE ONE STOP EVERYTHING HOME STORE!
