Steven and Redd in the lumber department were so helpful. Collectively, they answered all of my questions, provided recommendations based on my needs, and I walked out of the store feeling cared for and extremely satisfied with my experience.

The store says they mandate masks for customers but they don’t. There are customers inside coughing in front of everyone without masks on. Home Depot is pretending to care about public health but they don’t.

Michael Wilson was the kitchen department associate that helped me pick a new refrigerator. It was the best appliance-buying event I have ever experienced.

Wow! shopping at this particular store is wonderful. The employees are friendly, helpful and know how to do their job. The items I needed were not shelved yet, and an employee went, found and brought around the items I needed and loaded them into my car. Definitely FULL SERVICE store!

Store is busy as all gitout, but they deal with it in stride. Lots of good people work here. Help available to a reasonable degree even at the busiest, and great service at all other times.

We do not have a Home Depot in our area. We ordered a kitchen stove over the phone and were very impressed by the capable way in which it was handled.

Rude cashier after asking for my husbands veterans discount. Due to pandemic he was unable to go. She let me use his credit card even though I am not authorized to do so but would not give his discount. Her name is Cynthia. I feel Home Depot needs to correct this and credit his card with the discount.

This store is not the closest Home Depot to me, but I usually end up here because they have what I need when I need it. I can't say enough about the people who work there. They are friendly, courteous and capable. I pass by about three other building supply stores to get to this one.

This Home Depot is the "Best" one in town, hands down.

I had a very poor experience at this home depot today i went pay for my items at the customer service desk and I used a prepaid gift card I had and when I was going to pay for the remaining balance with my home depot credit card the cashier voided the entire transaction and I could not use my gift card since it had a pending transaction to pay for the items I was trying to purchase. The people behind the counter told me I was out of luck and I had to pay for the entire thing with my credit card. They told me there was nothing they could do and refused to hold some of the items I intended on purchasing with the gift card that I would come back and pay for after the balance returned to the gift card. I do not think it was right that I should have to pay for the employee's mistakes.

I told the cashier about my wonderful help done by Lenny after she asked me how my experience went. Another one of your employees recommended that I complement Lenny by using this online forum. She said it would make Lenny’s review look better if I shared this encounter. I never do this kind of thing but because of the three employees I felt it important for you to know how well the store is being run. These three people are very special.

There is way too much clutter in the isles, shelves are missing items and need to be organized and the same associate will continue to ask if you need help every couple of minutes even though you told them you do not need assistance and you would let them know if you do need any assistance. God help you if you decide to use a self check-out line and neither English or Spanish are your preferred languages. There is no option to choose a language other than English or Spanish.
