Arrived about 30 minutes to closing with my family the gentlemen in the appliance section helped us out. He was able to have our selection order within the week and explain to us how the warranty works and how they should use everything on the stove within the first 48 hours of delivery. I would highly recommend this store.

I bought a refrigerator from this store and it was supposed to be delivered the following weekend. Delivery was supposed to be between 3pm and 7pm on Saturday. I stayed up til midnight then finally went to bed. I checked there website the next morning and it said my refrigerator was delivered but it wasn’t. Took forever to get a real person on the phone and they said there was nothing they could do til Monday. I canceled the order and will never use Home Depot again for anything!!!

The staff and Manager at this location are so HELPFULL I recommend this store. the staff answered all questions and where able to assist in looking for an item.

The Store though teaming with activity was neat & the aisles were uncluttered.

On 4 April 2019, we purchased an LG Washer and Dryer along with the LG Sidekick Pedestal for the washer and the LG Pedestal for the dryer, neither of which were in store for us to examine. We received friendly assistance in the appliance section but unfortunately the information was lacking regarding compatibility for the appliances (buyer beware). Upon delivery, 9 April (delivery was excellent), we found out that the washer and sidekick were not compatible. We refused the pedestals but kept the washer and dryer. A few days later we started to receive calls from Channelview, TX. In today's atmosphere, if you don't recognize the number it is rare to answer the call. They did not leave a message after calling 3-4 times in a day. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention and answered the call only to find out it was a Home Depot employee calling me asking if I would be interested in buying a water softener. I am ambivalent about spam calls but I am downright hostile about a company thinking that they can start cold calling me just because I purchased an item from them. If you are going to engage in that action, introduce yourself, the company you are calling from, and the reason why you are calling. It is now 29 April and I have yet to receive my refund for the pedestals and hoses. I called Home Depot to find out the status of the refund and got a lecture from the associate about what they needed to do in order to verify that the items were truly returned. Upon talking with a manager, I was issued my refund without delay, which I do greatly appreciate. I would say that the store has good prices but poor service, especially if something goes wrong during the process.

Garden center a lot of help

Very Good

We have always received excellent service and never waited in line more than a couple of minutes if that. The customer service is always willing to assist with any returns and I've never had issues when asking for help.

Self-checkout always has a friendly assistant available.

I came into the store to look over the products and immediately had three employees give me their undivided attention! Very Good to say the least. All three stayed with me until I had completed my purchase and was out the door. Kudos to Brian Ogden. Vanessa in Home Improvement/Kitchens ect and Rickie in Plumbing! Way to go guys!

Usually it is hard to find store employees in different stores to help out or ask questions to, I always appreciate it when a store employee go out of her or his way to assist me and walk all the way from the front to the back to show me the item I was looking for. I really don't want them to make that effort because they are busy but he or she insists. Thank You.

Not only does the Home Depot have everything for your particular projects but the store employees are absolutely magnificent. I have gone to this location at least three times for repair of my lawn mower and that department has seen the need not to charge me anything because it's been so minor. They have shown me the error of my ways as it relates to my mower and I was very disappointed when the lawn mower technician left the location, But he was great.
