Store was very clean and organized, and the Employee Linda was exceptionally helpful.

I have had problems with this store in the past. They have been better the last 2 times i have been there. I am watching them to see if this is a trend.

Customer service here is awesome! Don't know his name but he has a strong accent; he's very knowledgeable of the products and always know where the items are without any hesitation!. Clean and neat facility, never have any issues with getting in and out.

Home Depot is a great place to shop for all DIY projects, tools, rentals, etc.

No one to help you load heavy flooring, I am a woman who cannot do any heavy lifting because of medical reasons. I looked up and down the aisle but no help in sight. The Cashier at the checkout was rude and very short with me. I told her she did not have to be short with us, and she wanted to argue. I told her people have things going on in their lives and don’t need to be treated this way. I was just coming back from visiting my husband in the hospital with a stroke. You never know what people are facing, so Customer Service should be a priority, but it’s not at this store.

Steven is awesome! He will surely help you!! I also check prices versus Conn’s and Home Depot had the best price!

The Humble Texas Home Depot is always fun to shop! The workers are so friendly and always ready to help! There is a closer store to me but I really like shopping this store!

I BOUGHT A WASHING MACHINE FROM THE HOME DEPOT IN HUMBLE TEXAS AND THE ASSOCIATE THAT HELPED ME AND ALSO CHECKED ME OUT WAS AMAZING AND VERY HELPFUL

The employees are slow and some even hide from being helpful. The guy in lumber was so rude and condescending that I left the store in tears. I will not shop this location again.

I waited 2 hrs. to get items, I had on will call. Employees lost my receipt. Manager had no clue what was going on or what to do, even after she was told what happened.

At 7:00 am I was greeted at the door by a cart attendant. He was courteous & helpful. The lady at the cash register waited on me like she knew me. ( she didn't ). I was in & out in 15 minutes or less. Just friendly old fashioned good service. Who can ask for more?

The young man in the flooring dept. named Lucio c. helped me with every thing I needed. Thanks I was able to get all my flooring needs taken care of.

Moved from Dallas,Tx and built my home thru Home Depot. We have moved to Kingwood into an older home. We now redoing little by little again thru Home Depot. Would not go anywhere else.

I would not recommend this store. I purchased 5 Loropetalum shrubs. After the purchase, I directly went to a nursery on Northpark and spoke to a nurseryman. I realized I had purchased the wrong variety of Loropetalum and went to Home Depot to return the five shrubs. When trying to return the items, the manager, Jerrad, accused my husband and myself of stealing. He erroneously thought we had purchased the shrubs, taken them home, and returned to load our carts up with 5 other shrubs to get a refund. He refused to give us a refund. I stood my ground and told him to check his inventory and cameras. After much humiliation, he said we could get a refund. Then when trying to push my cart ( a large garden cart) toward the cashier to sign for my return, I accidentally bumped his shoe. He immediately yelled that he had been assaulted! This manager needs to go. He is reactive without investigating facts. This is sad as I have built three houses using Home Depot resources. I am sad to say I will not be purchasing from HD again. So humiliating1

The store is clean well organized. There is always a store associate that is willing to go on and beyond. I went to purchase several things Joel was very helpful he went on and beyond to help me resolve my yard insect problem. I love coming to this location.

The store was friendly.

When I am not able to locate an item I can always go to an employee within the store who always assists. This store is kept clean and manageable to to get around.
