I just bought a new DEWALT LAWNMOWER BEACUSE OF THE SERVICE I GOT FROM THE SALEPERSON

Johnathan an Sayrai made my experience great. They were so amazing that I won’t even speak about the negativity on this visit. They were very helpful.

The young salesgirl Priscilla was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and very easy to understand.

Mery and Joel are exceptional employees that go over and beyond.

I purchased a new refrigerator on 01/15/2024. Was told that it would be delivered by Thursday the 18th. Delivery service canceled delivery due to bad weather in Houston!? Reveled did the 19th and canceled 4 hours later, again for bad weather. Now it's accelerate for Monday the 22nd. Called the store and Mgr Josh, gave me a discount on refrigerator for inconvenience. Hopefully, no more delays. Currently using ice chests to keep food cold!

I've found good quality tools and parts here at reasonable prices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. I've been to other locations where you couldn't find anyone to help, and if you did they were indifferent to your needs. Definitely recommend the Humble, TX store and it's my go to location!

I buy all my Eco-logic products here as well as other things and have never had any issues with anything I buy.

The managers are very helpful. They have provided assistance with all of my questions or have directed me to someone who was able to help me.

Priscilla in the appliance section made everything so simple and easy. Very professional and knowledgeable and patient with all the concerns. Next appliance purchase and we are back at Home Depot.

I went to Home Depot to buy a Rheem water heater. The subcontractor (ARS Rooter) salesman came to my house to assess the installation prior to delivery. He told me Rheem was no good and talked me into a more expensive Bradford White. Then he charged me for a 40gal but installed a 30 gal. Problem not resolved and may have to go to small claims court. Such a waste of time and money.

My son and I bought wood to fix a fence, and everything went smoothly, and I am very satisfied.

We walked into this store after having a terrible experience at another HD location. Jonathan Billingsley was awesome! We purchased all new appliances for our kitchen and he took. The time to explain the purchasing process and the delivery process. I am so pleased with the ease and quickness! We had everything ordered and scheduled for delivery in record time. Jonathan took the time to show us additional features of our new appliances and really took the time to go above and beyond. For someone who doesn’t make commission off of a sale, he truly cares about HD customers. I normally see that level of customer service from sales associates with commission. Thank you Jonathan for the great customer service!

When I need something for the home repair or addition, Home Depot is the Store to go

I bought batteries and had questions about flooring, but another associate wouldn't stop bothering the cashier that was helping me. Terrible self awareness.

THE DEPARTMENT MANGER WAS EXCELLENT WENT BEYOND DUTIES HELPING THIS VETERAN

The Sales Person was able to assist me with purchasing the light bulbs for the fixture I have. It was very busy in the Store on Saturday and I had to wait a few minutes. As soon as he came over he knew exactly what i needed.

When you are looking for a unique product( black toilet) and they go out of their way to find the exact one we wanted. The Humble location has great employees!

I came into the store looking for a light fixture for a closet. I had been to a competitor box store closer to where I live and they did not have what I needed and did not know when the item would be back in stock. I was in the are of your Home Depot and stopped by. They had exactly what I need in stock. I have been looking for a power weed trimmer and stopped by that department. Not only did they have what I had been wanting to buy but it was marked down 25% ($100). Needless to say, that pushed me over the edge and I brought it home. Thank You Home Depot
