The store was clean. I was greeted when I entered the store and helped until my last item was put in my cart. The associate George that assisted me was very friendly, helpful and kind. George helped me find all the products I came to the store to get. George made my shopping experience a pleasant one.

Home Depot is an awesome store. I could spend many hours there, getting ideas on decorating and since they have expanded there is so much more to choose from. I can always find an employee when I need one and the selection of merchandise is great.

Your store employees went above and beyond to help me. Very happy with this location.

Came in today to find an electric shovel. They did not have any. When I showed Dre the product online he did not want to lose me as a customer and price matched the product. He was so kind, helpful, and professional. He save me time, money and had us smiling and laughing.Thanks Dre!

The staff is very friendly and helpful

Don helped me out with a plumbing issue... very intuitive and patient. Though it only involved a $13 do-dad, we ended up 1-800# calling the manufacturer and told them a thing or two about its product. Their representative sincerely thanked us. Alright, keep up the good work.

I am in this store a lot! Matter-of-fact, it's not unusual that I'm in several times in one day depending on the projects I have going on at home. Hazel, Naomi, Lou(?) and a few others have been huge helps to me in the paint dept. Thanks for the tip on the Alkyd paint! Alex, Andre' and Marcus have helped tremendously with cutting lumber for me. I've had three negative experiences at this store and I want to commend Diamond in appliances for handling one of them with such professionalism that it made the inconvenience much easier to deal with. As a rule, the associates at this location are courteous and helpful. When I'm out running errands I will drive past other Home Depot locations so I can come "my" Home Depot in Homewood.

OVERALL GOOD REVIEWS FROM ME, HOWEVER, YOU NEED MORE TIMELY ASSISTANCE AND AVAILABLE EMPLOYEES TO HELP CUSTOMERS WHO NEED ASSISTANCE/HELP INSTEAD OF HAVING TO WAIT OVER 45 MINUTES AND HAVING TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY.

After many years of condo living, I have purchased my first home. Needless to say, I am in the Homewood store quite often. Every time I enter the store, I have plenty of questions. I am always greeted at the door when I enter, and they always lead me to the right person who can assist me. The staff is always friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I have even experienced staff members walking the store with me, to make sure I had everything off my shopping list!!!! JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!

Staff is courteous, knowledgable about products, takes time to walk you to the product vs. the isle number to ensure you have the correct item. Goes over and beyond to assist - as a female completing home repairs I have never felt taken advantage or given bad recommendations for projects completed.

Because of the store size, it can be somewhat difficult attempting to locate products. Sometimes it takes awhile to find someone to assist the customer.

Thomas in gardening is awesome! He took the time to explain transplanting, and he did it with patience and understanding. He did not "shoo" me on, as so often is the case in most home improvement stores, after the first question. Thank you Thomas for your level of excellence! The facility was surprisingly clean and organized. I particularly appreciated the LARGE signage, it made it so easy to find the different departments I was looking for.
