The store is clean, the store well lite, the store personnel are always the same and I know many by their first names. The store personnel are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well laid out and the flow of goods is logical

There was actually an employee who saw me in the isle and volunteered to help me. She did a great job as I left with more information than I came in there with.

This particular store has knowledgeable staff that are patient, kind, friendly and happy to assist you and make you feel very welcomed!

Clean and easy to navigate

The associate that assisted me was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He provide my wife and I good service and was patient with us. His name is Kevin, and he works in appliances. Ask for him if you need appliance and is shopping during the 9-5 hours.

Customer Serivce personnel listen carefully and make every attempt to solve problems related to their merchandise. Also flooring personnel very experienced, friendly and understanding.

I have experienced some of the best service from this Homewood store, I have made many purchases here and have received great customer service from a variety of employees. Today the great customer service came from Calvin in appliances who sold me two refrigerators. Thanks for your patience, kindness and having wonderful people skills.

My husband and I went to The Home Depot tonight in Homewood. The young lady (I believe her name was Marrisa) at the "Customer Service" desk was so pleasant and so very helpful. It was actually a quick and pleasant trip.

Typically my visits to this Home Depot are very pleasant, however today Natalia, who worked at the service center was rude in her approach to provide details about upcoming changes to the location. She may need some additional customer service training.

This Homewood store is one of the best and rates at an all time high in cleanliness, professionalism and assistance! Keep up the good work because I should not ever have to frequent another Home Depot outside of my neighborhood.

My shopping experience was good, I found almost all the products I wanted but one, with the help of assistance I got it and the store was clean as usually. The associates was friendly and helpful.

Very good store good hours generally neat and clean helpful people sometimes tough to find in the mornings when they first open but that's understandable otherwise a good store good shopping experience parking lot is always neat and clean no shortage of shopping carts cashiers understand how to ring up a veteran discount excellent Home Depot!

This is a very clean and organized Home Depot store and it was very easy to find the products that I was looking for. I will shop there again. The associates were friendly.

You all better make your decision on the stuff you back from home depot with the 90 days , cause they're not gonna give your money back .

If you have any appliance manufacturers questions then Kevin is your guy. He explained the levels of quality for the different names which are all under one umbrella. It was very interesting advice and helped me make the final decision of going with the higher rated Kitchen Aid opposed to the Maytag even though Maytag owns Kitchen Aid. Thank you for extending your education sir!

Poor

There are never enough people in paint, floor coverings or the return counter. In my 10 years is shopping at this store, there had never been a person in floor coverings to even assist me. Each of these areas promises a 10-20 minute wait time to talk to anyone. Attitudes are present with most employees, so they are not genuinely interested in helping you. The products are good, but the service is just not there. The store itself is clean.

I had a horrible customer service experience with Kierra. She’s getting paid to treat customers with respect not treat them as if she was working for free. She’s very rude, made it seem as if I was stealing counted my merchandise( the 2x4) more than once and asked another associate to count them again.

I shop at this location often. I enjoy the Savings and discounts. I find exactly what I need 99% of the time and the employees are willing to assist me if I need help with anything.

From entry to exit the professionalism, knowledge, and genuine feeling of caring from the associates at this location was stellar. On a day of a Chicago snowstorm, the parking lot was cleaned especially for patrons venturing out with mobility issues. The store overall appearance was maintained and monitored by maintenance during my 1.5 hour time spent on a special order with highly qualified associates. Thank you for a great experience at this location and no flying birds overhead!
