I have always enjoyed the warm courtesy friendly staff. This time of the year I love coming to buy flowers. They have the best thus far in the south suburban area. The store was very clean.

I like that the people are willing to take time, to help you.

They didn't everything they could to get me my stuff I order online but during shipping it got messed up they made sure to get me my products I will definitely will go back to this store

I recommend this store for security doors and installation. I found a door at a reasonable price.The area I was shopping in was clean. My sales person’s name was Kyle. He took his time to help me even though I had to make a phone call to get an opinion about the door. Kyle was courteous, friendly and patient.

I recommend the store because I had a wonderful experience associate so great very knowledgeable store was very clean and they go above and beyond what they are supposed to ,and I thank you. They have a great management team.

The store was nice and clean. The Employees were friendly and professional. The order picking process was horrible. I went in on a Wednesday and placed an order. I was told everything on the order was in stock and that the order would be ready by Friday. Today is Friday and they hadn’t even started on the order. I canceled the entire order because it was a time sensitive order. Destroyed my plans for remodeling a home.

I love this store. It is well stocked and has a great variety of products. The store is easy to maneuver.

The store safety program seems to have fallen off a cliff,HR needs to go back to the safety standards of the past.Employee and Customer lives are at stake.

On 7/9/20 I placed an online order for a household item that was needed. I was able to go to go to the Home Depot store in Homewood and pick it up the same day, now how convenient is that! The store employees were all very friendly and this made my shopping experience worthwhile.

I am not happy. I paid for measurements and no one came to my home. I am out $35. I called and complained and I got transferred multiple time. This is utterly ridiculous.

Wayne was super friendly and help me find furniture screws that I never thought I’d find!

Used online order for curbside pickup. Associate came out with only 4 of the 5 items. He never came back. Called service desk, they never picked up. Went into the store without any respiratory protection (reason for curbside pickup) pulled the item myself and walked out.
