Nice employees

I never see her name on her badge but she is very nice and friendly she always ask how are you with a smile and makes small talk. Makes us want to come back for that as well getting our needs. Store is not neat and tidy it always seems messy and stock out is of place.Employees lack skill and knowledge of earlier days ...Hard to find help in specialty isles or anywhere for that matter ,they have to be tracked down,they often wander from their stations, or there is no-one assigned to stations (hard to tell). Customer service needs much work, Management has always been helpful , but who wants to track down a manager every visit.

Great location and the employees are always have a williness to help and on some occasions go out of their way to help. This store alaewys have what I'm looking for and need to projects around my home.

I like this store! Much bigger, cleaner and better stocked than the HD closer to me. Employees have been helpful, especially Customer Service and Garden. Sometimes has a hot dog vendor outside which is a nice treat! Centrally located on west side of Tampa at Hillsborough/Sheldon/Memorial. Plenty of parking.

Though it took a few minutes to find an associate in the aisle; once I did find help they were extremely curtious and helped me with everything I needed. Definitely went above and beyond when the associate called another store for an item this store didn't carry. Also the cashier was very friendly and helpful too. I'm very happy with the service I received.

They were not able to fulfill their end of our contract. I stayed with them despite a 2 week delay in my doors being shipped. No updates could be found and I had to visit the store in person and have them call the manufacturer on multiple occasions. Finally, a manager agreed to give me 10% discount on the parts I had to purchase to complete the installation. Not off the doors, or anything else, so wasn't a big discount considering the price. Their texting system is very poor and sends very confusing messages leading you to believe your items have shipped and the order is complete, when in reality, 1 item shipped and the others are delayed by another 2 weeks.

This is a busy store location but parking is easy and I always find what I need.

The store was clean, orderly and products were easy to find. Associates at the electrical dept. were very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Surima at the cusotmer service center was very helpful. Instead of just telling me she went out of her to find an answer . She also had a very welcoming tone and helpful attitude

Very nice and clean store people at there like to help all the time

Great friendly associates that are on hand to help out once you arrive into the store. The location is greatly convenient to the area. Went there to buy a fresh Christmas, the staff made my wife and mine's visit a seasonal pleasure. Knowledgeable staff.

Our cashier at front desk bent over backwards to be of help to us. Her name is Surima and we will look for her to help us again.

Gwen was awesome. She worked so hard to help me get a Xmas tree. It was the floor model and she had to jump through hoops and talk to various managers to get it done. She worked very hard and I am thankful for her. She is a great asset to your store. Please thank her for us!

Spectacular store we have found in Tampa my husband and I; some very funny, kind and above all very patient employees, with telling them that they even helped us load the heaviest products to our car and also great and varied assortment to choose ...very, very nice store !

I only have positive comments about this store. Every time I visit, I find exactly what I need and always get outstanding assistance; no matter the situation. The competitors don't come near the service and the stock available. I have been a long time customer of Home Depot and although I use my HD credit card on occasion, I still make many purchases with cash. Great store! Keep up the good work.

We do a lot of shopping at this location. For the location, the layout and staff. The orange color makes me feel at home which helps, I am from The Netherlands (orange national color). Thank you for the survey opportunity !!!!!

The store is in a good area. It has a good appereance. everything is always very organized. The employees are always nice and have good attitude. These are some of the things that make me like that place a lot.
