If you only need a few things that don't require assistance this store should be fine otherwise find another location. The employees are generally rude and cant take the time to even answer a question much less help you with anything.

Always check the price on the receipt against the price on the shelf. Twice they've tried to overcharge me in the past year.

If you need an artificial Christmas tree or Christmas tree decorations, find the short middle-aged lady who works at this store. I only wish I could remember her name. She was amazing...as in kind, informative, super helpful, and terrific!

The cashier Steve was very pleasant and happy to do his job!

This is a great place to shop, location is very central within the West Tampa community. Store has variety of products and they beat many store's prices.

Roger did an outstanding job assisting me today. Employees like Roger are the reason I shop at the this store. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and extremely very professional. The store manager and her assistant manager are on the floor assisting customers and not hiding in their offices. They actually assist customers. This is one of the best Home Depot stores in the Tampa Bay area...if not the best. If Lowe's ran their stores like this Home Depot store they wouldn't be needing to close stores. If you are looking for excellent customer service go to this Home Depot.

I had Lisa help me out with flower pots and the difference with the plants I have.she showed me a plant that I never seen and great for my patio.I never felt rushed just too girls shopping thank you Lisa again.

This store's overall rating.is tops in all categories.. When I have needed assistance there is someone willing to help.. I hope they continue to provide employment to the community.. cutting jobs is not the best way to keep customers satisfaction...

6361 00010 94606 Cashier Stephen was really rude and disrespectful to me and other costumers. Unprofessional employees.

Had to give one star because this is the only way to submit a review. My first interaction with the flooring department was not what I was led to believe it would be. After $2,000+ and 3 Home Depot install cancellations because the company they have been dealing with for over 30 years was unable to do a flooring install. On the 2nd cancellation I was guaranteed that the install would happen on the next scheduled appointment. During this conversation I was told that if this 3rd scheduling did not happen, I would be given at least a 50% refund (on the install only). Of course this 3rd installation did not happen. The installation cost was just over $1,100. After several emails from me I was given a refund of $200. Any time sensitive flooring installations should be given deep thought. Cause it probably will not happen.

The employees are extremely friends AND stretched extremely thin. There are not enough people working to make floor sales and handle tasks. It took us about 20 minutes to decide alone on our appliance AND took 40 minutes to get help purchasing it. We couldn’t get anyone to sell us anything! Plus we have not received a 48 hour call confirming our installation. Going on day 3 here, plus I need to relay the information to our tenant. When I called yesterday to see why I had not been called and to see if we were still on for delivery and install today- the store employee said I would be called by end of day. Didn’t happen. Terrible delivery/ install schedulers.
